So far, this membership has been great! I have not had a problem with them.

This membership would be great for someone who frequently shops at Best Buy. Unfortunately I rarely frequent Best Buy, as I don't purchase much audio, etc. items. Therefore, it was not a good fit for me. The fifty dollar price was redeemable on future purchases which I was not made aware of. I didn't make any future purchases, thus forfeiting the fifty dollars.

I bought a laptop and the sales girl talked me into signing up for Best Buy Plus. I said I would as long as it didn’t auto renew. She said that it absolutely did not. She lied. I’m guessing there’s a bonus or quota for slamming your customers into this program. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

The membership was a good buy. I need electronics for my business and for fun. The discounts are really there and some of the electronics will actually get to you quicker. To be honest if you buy from Best Buy more then 2 times a year it’s a must.

If you constantly buy stuff in best buy is good. If you do the B2G1 then its iffy. They do that now 1 time per year. For that alone, probably not worth it.

I live that it adds additional time to your return window. Plus, there are always extra discounts. Even if you only use it once or twice a year, it pays for itself.

With our membership, we do not worry about issues with our new laptop. We have not had any issues but we know these will be appropriately addressed if they develop.

Membership is awesome. You can have a peace of mind when purchasing products and having options to buy protection plans.

I really like having this membership. It saved me money on so many different products and with the new deals helped me find even better products to try out !

This membership has really helped me on pricing changes, and product sales notices. Return policy helped ‘on a product change I had to do. Strongly recommend to any customer to purchase this membership. It mores than pays for itself.

I bought it to return a graphics card and another item beyond the usual 7-day return policy. It's a good program overall, but I haven't utilized it in a way that justifies the purchase yet.

Not really sure if my "member prices" are better than the special sales prices I used to get when I wasn't a member. Plus the gift vouchers you get for making large purchases have a very short expiration date, so you end up having to buy quickly or lose them.

The help I received was perfect. The sales person was patient knowledgeable and professional!

Love the added benefits for being a member, I purchased a tv went on vacation & forgot to exchange it. When I had realized I was told I was still within the 60 day return window which was nice!
