This membership is great however we don't use it often. Not that there is anything wrong with it. We just don't purchase a lot of products since we are in our eighties. I would reccomend it to others.

It’s really good I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years now they kind of fill in the blank to different stores like RadioShack being out of business. I used to really like the geek squad but I hear that there’s a reduction in those areas.

The orginization did all it could to resolve an issue with a faulty television. I was pleased with the overall attention to my issue as a customer and overall, Best Buys management team finding the right fix. Thank you!!

I was skeptical when I purchased this. Sales associate convinced me to buy it. Later I received a $265 refund from the computer I bought (price match guarantee). Hard to knock it after that.
