The My Best Buy Plus membership has been worth it for me. I shop at Best Buy often enough that the added benefits make sense, especially the member pricing, faster shipping options, and extended return window. It has already come in handy on a few purchases, and I like having a little more flexibility if something does not work out. It is not something everyone needs, but if you buy tech, accessories, or open-box items from Best Buy more than once in a while, it is a solid value.

I had to return a 3d printer because it had motor issues and was out of the 30 day period, but with the membership I got to return it and get a new one. The new one works great. Maybe good to get after a big purchase.

This plan really came in handy. I purchased something for my husband, he was able to take it back and exchange it for a better price and upgrade what he had with out a problem. The extended return time is awesome

I was hesitant about the membership although the prices is very reasonable. I opted to get it and I love the idea of being able to return an item if you decide against it after purchase. I purchased a 75" TV and after it was delivered I was struggling to set colors and set it up. I was stressing about the decision of the brand and that maybe a should have gotten a different one. I felt at ease knowing that I could exchange it since I purchased the membership. After all I decided to keep the TV I purchased but just having the option to return it was a relief!

The representatives that helped me find what I was looking for (replacement AirPod Pros) explained to me that I would be able to get price-matched for my purchase if the price dropped within a 60-day window. This was not only true but also a very easy process. In my case, I was refunded $50 dollars (when the price dropped for Memorial Day sales) which was more than the cost of my membership! This experience and the extended 60-day return window make it well worth it, if you ask me.

I had purchase previously a laptop Acer - Swift X 14.5" WQXGA+ OLED unfortunately it had like a fabrik issue because it was to slow but the customer service of best buy they just help me all the way ! i return this laptop and purchase another one instead the Asus ' zenbook A14 14 2k Oled laptop when i am telling you this is the best believe me the customer service was the best the process was smooth they help me i just regret that i dont remmeber the name of the guy who help me he knew everything any question i ask him he was ready for it ! so yes i would 100% recommend to shop at best buy !

It's a membership. It does what any other membership does. The rewards may or may not be worth it for you, personally. For $30/yr, it saves you more than you spend if you're a frequent Best Buy shopper. Obviously if that is not you, don't get a membership. But if Best Buy is where you get even a quarter of your electronics, get the membership. You will save more than you spend.

I preferred the size of my 12 mini, but this one isn’t too big in comparison. I do have more issues similar to my iPad in switching from screen to screen. It doesn’t respond to touch as well. Also, the camera isn’t any better.

I joined because this replaced the old Best Buy Rewards program, which I had been a member of since its beginning. Unfortunately some marketing "genius" up the corporate ladder decided to discontinue the primary merchandise I had been purchasing from Best Buy for decades. I have been an avid collector of physical media (CD, DVD, BD, 4K, etc) since the formats first launched and Best Buy has always been my dependable primary source. But now they have short-dightedly chosen to discontinue selling physical media. Recent trends are showing a rising backlash by audiophile and videophile against digital downloads and streaming services upon discovering that providers are arbitrarily deleting content due to data storage limitations. Even deleting legitimately licensed and purchased downloads without compensation or recourse to the buyer. This is accompanied by rising embrace of physical formats which can't be deleted by faceless 3rd parties. Now is the time for retailers to get ahead of the curve and start aggressively promoting the advantages and availability of physical media over streaming and downloading. Pending a change in Best Buy's new policy on physical media, I have no further use for My Best Buy and will likely not renew my membership.

The employee at the store talked me into this purchase. I never knew it existed. I have not had to use it yet, however I like the fact that it gives extended return windows. Better safe than sorry when you are buying high priced electronics.

Returned a television within the 60 day time frame because of a little glitch in the sound. Had no problems with the exchange. Mounted the new tv on the wall in the living room and have been enjoying it along with the sound bar I purchased with it. Great picture and I enjoy the fact that I can turn the sound bar and sub woofer off when I don't want it with whatever program I am watching.

I was in need for a new laptop and didn't have time to wait for a sale. The sales person (who was very helpful), suggested I get the Plus membership as the laptop was likely to go on sale for back to school. He stated I would get a notification in the app, and would get a link or process to get the price difference refunded. A week or so later I happen to be in my local best buy, and talking to a different clerk, who mentioned to make sure notifications was turned on. I turned it on, and the daily notices for stuff I don't care about is an annoyance.... Then over Memorial day weekend, I happened to be looking at sales in the app, and say the laptop I had purchased on sale. I had received no notice and could not find a way to get my price difference refunded in the App. Checked the website, again couldn't find a way. I went into the store, and the cashier confirmed I should be getting a price difference refund, but she couldn't get the system to process it. After she spoke to a manager she had to process a return of the original and then sell it to me at the lower price. I am happy I had the account, but the Best Buy app is annoying and junk. I am happy to have gotten around $400 back, and having the Plus membership did extend the return window long enough to get the price match.

Peace of mind on protecting your purchase. Amazing benefits. Great sales for members only extended returns. I’m going to upgrade from the plus, to the total. Coast is much higher per year. But the benefits will be the best to go. Added apple care in the package included. All the peerages you get more points in the total plan over the plus. A most have if you are on a budget, the plus is amazing.
