The item we bought went on sale weeks later. I have not yet seen the adjustment in our notices from Best Buy. I called Best Buy Plus and the lady said we should hear from you in 4 0r 5 business days. That time has passed. MM

I have always counted on Best Buy to deliver the best service, products and selection. I feel secure knowing that with the membership if anything happens to my devices, it will be covered. It is well worth the cost!
