First of all, it renews automatically every year unless you cancel. Also by purchasing this supposedly if it goes on sale through Best buy then you get the difference back. However, when it's on their website cheaper it's through a third party and they don't honor that as being on Best buy's website. So I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. It's just a waste of money.

Not only did it show up smashed customer service was terrible!!!!!!! Couldn’t even get them to refund or replace the game , i spent over 2 hours on the phone and was promised the world. Needless to say as a whole bestbuy really needs to be reconstructed from the ground up!!!!!!!!! Soooo disappointed
