Samsung's return policy of 30 days had expired. I bought membership because it was the only way allowed to get SOME money back. I lost money because I wouldn't use the store credit. I buy VERY LITTLE tech. Not Happy!

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support is great. Also love that peace of mind of getting protection plans with my purchases. This membership is a win-win!
