Best Buy Review I recently visited Best Buy to upgrade my home entertainment system, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help, providing great recommendations based on my budget and preferences. I ended up purchasing a 4K smart TV and a soundbar. The selection was vast, with options for every price range. It was suggested I buy the membership in order to get a better discount price for the purchase of my TV. It worked and I git a better oruce for my TV. However, I didn’t get a better price when trying to buy other electronics.

This membership is good value. Member prices will pay back for this almost instantaneously - with one or few purchases. The perks that come automatically with this are great value too.

Brought an older computer in that had Hard Drive issues. The Tech (Nerd) there was extremely helpful in reminding me that the unit was old and would not be able to update to Windows 11 which prevented me from spending money just get this one fixed. I decided to go ahead and buy a new Desk Top. The sales [personnel were totally helpful in selecting a new one that met what I needed and not trying to sell me an expensive model that would be beyond my needs.

This Best Buy Plus membership is a great deal, I got free delivery install on my new appliance and haul away of the old. This is for other items and better offers on other items as well!!

I purchased the membership as I was getting ready to do a renovation in my home and needed new appliances. however, with the refrigerator freezer that are separate units that I purchased was a complete debacle. I waited four months for the refrigerator to come as the first one was damaged the second time of shipment came but the delivery guys from the first delivery wrote in their paperwork that I needed a freezer, that was returned then I had to wait another several months to get a refrigerator. Then the receipt got pushed back. Then pushed back one more time and then finally I received my refrigerator but now the problem was is no one at Best Buy or through geek squad or the company that Best Buy uses knew how to marry the two refrigerator and freezer together so that it did not overheat. It has now been a little over 4 month so I returned the refrigerator freezer and bought it from someone else that had a competent technician who knew how to marry the two correctly. I also purchased an oven microwave combo, a gas cooktop as well as a hood range over the cooktop and paid the extra for installation because they needed to drill into tile for the hood. Again the people that Best Buy uses came and told me that I would have to pay hundred dollars per hole that they drill into my tile and I told them no way I’m not willing to pay that, then they got on the phone with their manager. The manager said OK $50 for every hole and I said no I paid extra for the service knowing that it has to be drilled into the tile they said well then the only way that they’ll do it is if I sign a waiver that if they crack the tile that it’s on me that they’re not responsible for it and I told them no, and the technicians literally grab their stuff and walked out. I ended up paying $100 more for my contractors to put in my oven. Microwave my cooktop as well as my hood.

Overall, it's a vood program. I bought the membership when I bought my laptop, because there was a deal to get money back, so it paid for itself in that one purchase. The deals seem few and far between, so I will cancel once my year is up.

I guess this is OK, but honestly they used to give these features or benefits away for nothing to customers who passed certain spending thresholds each year. I purchased this membership exclusively for the extended return policy.

If you're building a new PC and buying some high end, expensive parts from BestBuy this membership is invaluable. The Plus membership gives you peace of mind via the extended 60-day return period that it provides. You'll have ample time to test and make sure everything works with the boosted return window. Worth it.

Excellent. I don't really like to return things but the extended 60 day return window is reassuring. It came in handy when i bought a laptop that worked well but didn't fit what i was going to use it for. When I buy my next laptop i am going to upgrade the membership aince it extends the warranty.

The service at Best Buy is always fantastic! Our associate was so helpful. We bought a refrigerator and a new washer and it was so easy! He was very knowledgable.

Haven’t had the membership long, so still testing the waters. However, the early notice on sales and price match benefit make it a good value.
