Honestly, did not think that this membership would come in handy as quickly as it did. I had purchased the Apple Watch series 9 right before the announcement of the 10 and, being the tech guy that I am, of course I had to have it. I purchased the series 9, and the series 10 at two separate stores. In fact I purchased an I purchased a series 9 at one store returned it at a second store and ended up purchasing the third one at a third store because I couldn’t make up my mind about which color I wanted to get and they were all great sports about it. We had some good laughs answered all my questions. Receive my refund within I want to say 3 days. And that included refunding the insurance that I bought for the watch series 9 great plan. I will definitely be renewing next year and continue to do all of my “Apple sheep” tendencies at Best Buy.

After being a member for 6 months I can honestly say the membership is worth it. 60 day return policy and free shipping are the highlights. They also come out with a lot of member pricing and rewards so you can get your value back easily. Bestbuy also has an easy price match policy against stated competitors so if you find it cheaper within the 60 return window you can get a refund through a 10 minute online chat.

This television was a great price.The quality of the picture is amazing.I would recommend the tv it is great.

I was extremely pleased the team took extra time made efforts beyond the expected to install our wall oven perfectly. When troubles arose, they handled the situation as professionals. This team of two deserves a real acknowledgment for great work.

I haven't used this yet but the workers at my local best buy where so helpful, so I find it hard to imagine that it won't be worth it, as well I will be upgrading to the full coverage.

John and Jerry installed our LG TV and soundbar. I can recommend this team very very highly. The called to say they were on the way. They arrived exactly on time. They were both extremely courteous and professional. They both exhibited great product knowledge and skill sets. They used their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves. They packed up and removed all of the equipment boxes. We were very pleased! PLEASE GIVE THESES GUYS A RAISE! THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!
