I typically don't get the extended warranty but after my last experience, I thought that it might be a good investment. It helps to eliminate the hassle I would have to go through if the product is out of warrenty.

I needed a new clothes washer, did a lot of shopping and decided on buying it from Best Buy. They delivered it quickly and set it up, they took away the washer that was leaking.

So far membership looks good. I’m basically getting it free (with offer) so won’t mind.

I like role extended return of 60 days verses the standard 14 day return.

The TV we purchased had issues while only 7 months old. The extra Best Buy coverage did nothing to help out our situation. Sent us to Samsung who then said the issue was not covered by their manufacturers warranty. So we are out a $1600 TV after only 7 months.

This membership is a great value. We were able to save additionally when the tv went on sale. Highly recommend.
