I have had a Geek Squad membership for years and can say that I use it often enough to make it worthwhile

I have not used the service yet but I am glad I purchased it.

the first person who said hello when I walked in helped me through the full process it waa great

I honestly haven't really used my membership because I don't use a lot of technology. After I buy a laptop every couple of years I don't return to best buy until I need another. I did receive a slight discount on my last laptop because of buying the membership. If you frequent best buy I believe it could be of value and save you money.

all products were great, except the dishwasher. it opens when drying.
