    Worth it if you have old electronics

    I brought in 3 defunct televisions and they charge $30 per TV to recycle. I could have either paid $90 to recycle them or paid $50 for the membership and then have unlimited recycling for zero dollars each. I went for the membership. I'll be bringing in a bunch of old electronics I have laying around. I don't know about the other benefits.

    Just trying the membership - and can't say a lot about it, some interesting deals and free shipping - this is nice, but time will tell if I would like to extend it before 1 year.

    Love my Best Buy TV

    Prices in my case TVs are the best I've got a TV I've been wanting for a while at the big C membership store was $800.00 more! Fast delivery is also nice.

    Good value, only problem I have had so far is that the member only pricing has yet to align with anything I buy. So I would say expand the horizons on that.

    Honestly, did not think that this membership would come in handy as quickly as it did. I had purchased the Apple Watch series 9 right before the announcement of the 10 and, being the tech guy that I am, of course I had to have it. I purchased the series 9, and the series 10 at two separate stores. In fact I purchased an I purchased a series 9 at one store returned it at a second store and ended up purchasing the third one at a third store because I couldn’t make up my mind about which color I wanted to get and they were all great sports about it. We had some good laughs answered all my questions. Receive my refund within I want to say 3 days. And that included refunding the insurance that I bought for the watch series 9 great plan. I will definitely be renewing next year and continue to do all of my “Apple sheep” tendencies at Best Buy.

    I am a big fan of the membership program. It offers such great value and benefits. I have found it to be incredibly useful for my purchases. The savings alone make it worthwhile in my opinion. I highly recommend it to anyone who shops there regularly.

    Totally worth it if you’re going to buy multiple items within a year. I saved over 200$ with my membership not to mention the other discounts Best Buy has to offer.

    I purchased a washer and dryer. Upon completion of the sale, Dan, the sales rep, informed that if there was a lower price within two month period that I could call the 1-800-BestBuy line. The person at that number was unable to assist me due to a gliche in the system and instructed me to return to the BestBuy store for assistance. I did visit the store, spoke with Dan and he remembered me. He immediately took care of the situation by calling a Supervisor, Michael, over to assist with the transaction. Because of the excellent customer service and high level of professionalism shown by both, I will be returning to BestBuy in July to make further purchases for my family. I, also, recommended that one of my sisters purchase a washer along with the membership. She was extremely pleased with the service she received from Dan. We are both pleased with the products we purchased as well. We checked other appliance retailers and found that BestBuy offered the better deals. Thank you, Dan, Michael, and BestBuy.     I thought this membership was a good deal after doing a little research on the site after I purchased it by seeing the discounts the membership applied to certain items. I tried ordering a Lego set that was discounted and was going to apply a $25 membership reward to it as well. When I went to check out, it then told me that the Lego set was not available for delivery and wasn’t available for pickup in my area. So why advertise it on the website and then make me go through checkout. This isn’t the first time that I’ve been disappointed in Best Buy. They told me two years ago that they were going to be sending me a $180 gift card for the two separate damaged freezers they delivered to me, the first of which the door was so damaged that they had to take it back and deliver me a different one two months later, which also had slight damage. Thought I’d give Best Buy another chance by purchasing this membership only to realize it will possibly only work some of the time. The employee who sold me the membership was great and very knowledgeable about the products that he had sold me during my membership purchase.

    This membership saves me so much money on buying extended warranties. I am already covered by Best Buy Plus. There are extensive benefits to this membership that allows me to feel secure in my purchase.

    Purchased this membership because we were told that it would provide extra savings beyond those provided by non member sales. In addition, we were told that we could flag items and be notified when they were on a members only sale. So I have flagged the TV that I was interested in and I am now being inundated by so many notifications for unrelated stuff that I have pretty much stopped looking at them. Add to that, all the quirks of the Best Buy web site and app that make it difficult to manage my preferences and I feel like I pretty much wasted my money on this membership. The only reason that I didn't go with one star is because the membership does extend the return policy and the price match term for purchased items.
