Love it! Amazon often sends me damaged products/boxes so I am happy their membership competes with them and also gives me B2G1 on video games as I often purchase games. Gives me a reason to preorder games again!

This is my 1st Best Buy membership and I love it. The employees explained very well on how to utilize this and it’s a great price for just the year!

It did saves some money and offer faster shipping.

I have not used my membership except on the initial purchase of a microwave/oven combo, when it was sold to me as a way to get a discount, which only matched the price at another retailer, so no real benefit. It may be good, but I have not seen any ads featuring a benefit or price reduction for using it.

Its hard to know if a product will work well for you in the first 15 days the externed return policy makes sense with higher priced items!

This thing has 24GB of ram and 1TB SSD storage. I wish it had more thunderbolt porta than the standard 2, but Ive never really needed them with the adapter I use.

I got this memebership when I purchased a 5080 GPU, the GPU didn't come with all items that were a part of the promotion. When I contact best buy they just dismised me, and basically said better luck next time. Lesson learned, don't buy anything from best buy
