    Made returning products I was unsure about much more comfortable. Had to buy a laptop for travel and wasn't sure if it would work, unfortunately it didn't. But BB made it easy with the 60 day window to test the laptop and exchange it for a better version that suited my needs

    The sales guy “King” was super helpful & was extremely knowledgeable in the Memberships ratings. I was thrilled to get in on the deal to help save money yearly or have easier Returns if I needed to

    Excellent Value for Frequent Shoppers! I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus membership for a while now, and it’s definitely worth it. The free shipping alone saves me a ton throughout the year, and the exclusive member pricing has already paid for the membership cost. I also like the extended return window, which gives extra peace of mind on big purchases. If you shop at Best Buy often, this membership really adds convenience and savings. Highly recommend!

    Having made a few big purchases this year from BestBuy, this program gives the the comfort/confidence to buy a product, use it (which is the only way to know if you'll like it) and return it, if it's not a good fit. I did this for a very big, very expensive monitor, and it helped me find one that I'll never return.

    The membership is helpful especially with changes to return policy. I buy items and take some time to use it or check it out so this is helpful for me if I need to return an item after 15 days. I have not truly explored all the benefits.

    I purchased the membership as I was getting ready to do a renovation in my home and needed new appliances. however, with the refrigerator freezer that are separate units that I purchased was a complete debacle. I waited four months for the refrigerator to come as the first one was damaged the second time of shipment came but the delivery guys from the first delivery wrote in their paperwork that I needed a freezer, that was returned then I had to wait another several months to get a refrigerator. Then the receipt got pushed back. Then pushed back one more time and then finally I received my refrigerator but now the problem was is no one at Best Buy or through geek squad or the company that Best Buy uses knew how to marry the two refrigerator and freezer together so that it did not overheat. It has now been a little over 4 month so I returned the refrigerator freezer and bought it from someone else that had a competent technician who knew how to marry the two correctly. I also purchased an oven microwave combo, a gas cooktop as well as a hood range over the cooktop and paid the extra for installation because they needed to drill into tile for the hood. Again the people that Best Buy uses came and told me that I would have to pay hundred dollars per hole that they drill into my tile and I told them no way I’m not willing to pay that, then they got on the phone with their manager. The manager said OK $50 for every hole and I said no I paid extra for the service knowing that it has to be drilled into the tile they said well then the only way that they’ll do it is if I sign a waiver that if they crack the tile that it’s on me that they’re not responsible for it and I told them no, and the technicians literally grab their stuff and walked out. I ended up paying $100 more for my contractors to put in my oven. Microwave my cooktop as well as my hood.

    The tablet is working great. My wife is really enjoying it. She uses it 3 to 4 hours a day. I have one just like Hers that I read every night from 9 to 11 PM.

    I purchased a washer and dryer. Upon completion of the sale, Dan, the sales rep, informed that if there was a lower price within two month period that I could call the 1-800-BestBuy line. The person at that number was unable to assist me due to a gliche in the system and instructed me to return to the BestBuy store for assistance. I did visit the store, spoke with Dan and he remembered me. He immediately took care of the situation by calling a Supervisor, Michael, over to assist with the transaction. Because of the excellent customer service and high level of professionalism shown by both, I will be returning to BestBuy in July to make further purchases for my family. I, also, recommended that one of my sisters purchase a washer along with the membership. She was extremely pleased with the service she received from Dan. We are both pleased with the products we purchased as well. We checked other appliance retailers and found that BestBuy offered the better deals. Thank you, Dan, Michael, and BestBuy.
