The 60 day return is a game changer. It definitely makes getting open box perfect

I guess this is OK, but honestly they used to give these features or benefits away for nothing to customers who passed certain spending thresholds each year. I purchased this membership exclusively for the extended return policy.

We recently updated a kitchen with all new appliances from Best Buy and signed up for the Best Buy Plus membership. We are so thankful to the sales rep for telling us about it and taking the time to explain it. Not only, did it save us a lot of money but we received enough in rewards, ($500), to upgrade our internet hardware. Plus, now we get special pricing deals that we would not get without the membership. We are so glad we signed up for this. Thank you Best Buy!!

I bought this membership because I would’ve saved a chunk of money off my new laptop. Deal side, this is great to have for exclusive Best Buy deals that you and other members have. Deals come in all different categories and you can find some sweet deals. Also, it would be a great benefit for the family if a family member wants a deal you have access to, you can share the love and buy it for them and be reimbursed by them, it’s a win win for both parties. Some deals are few and far between if you’re looking for something specific, but with time and a refresh or deals, it may come up.

the membership is a great value, especially if you are going to purchase multiple large dollar items. The support is great as I had a few questions and they answered them with great knowledge. I have recommended the membership to my friends…….

After many months of wavering on whether to get the membership I was finally able to get one when I decided to update my MacBook. I was using gift cards for the transaction. By the time my excellent associate, Julia, finished explaining the benefits of the program, we applied it to my order and a $50 promotion made it a free add on for me. What a value add after dropping almost a $2000 investment on my new system! It is already paying dividends. I was informed of the ability to price match for an extended period and I went back the next and got another $80 plus off of my purchase. I think the Plus plan is the sweet-spot of the membership plans available and look forward to the next year benefits and services at Best Buy.

It’s not that I don’t love the benefits, but I have had these benefits for years without having to pay yearly for them. We have always used Best Buy for our purchases, so we have spent enough yearly to always maintain the highest level of rewards and benefits. Now we have to pay 49.99 yearly for the same thing, but it’s making us possibly walk away from Best Buy as the main point for purchases. The discounts you get on most items can be beaten easily by a quick web search, which never has been a thing at Best Buy.

The team members did a very good job touching on everything I needed to know before going in and didn’t make me feel pressured to subscribing as well. I’m happy to say that I’m glad that I did. It has been a huge help getting things delivered here quickly since I’m constantly busy with work. Getting discounts and good cash back has been awesome as well. Definitely would recommend

60 day price matching is amazing have only held the memebership for a few months now but price matching one item paid back the entire membership and some extra.

Purchasing best buy plus is good thing for me it give me discount on items that i buy on most or all items that I purchase, i would recommend any one to get best buy plus.

Bought a Sony receiver. The Sony rep was there at the time and was doing the 'wink and a grin' strongly suggesting that a Memorial Day sale was coming up where the receiver would be heavily discounted. With that inducement, I paid ~$50.00 for the membership and was able to get a $200 refund when the sale did occur so saved $150. I don't really need a lot of 'stuff' so don't know if I'll renew but at least for this instance, it was very much worth it.
