I love having my BestBuy membership. Its definitely worth it's value! I just started my own business an plan on utilizing my membership to get everything I need from Best Buy!

It required six phone calls to finally get an appointment for an instore visit. On the day it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't and no one called to let me know that it wasn't ready. The one bright spot was that Alice helped me the initial day and knew I was headed out of town. So she, spent the afternoon getting it fixed so I could come back that evening and pick it up. Alice was great but overall my experience was poor.

My order was received correctly. Despite a delivery driver (Tony) suffering a leg injury, he made a great effort (through great pain) to carry my equipment (which was very heavy) to the third floor (No elevator). I don't believe I've bought anything that applied to the Best Buy Plus Membership yet but as an end user it does make a person look around more on the store. I never looked into this but possibly giving customers a chance to redeem My Best Buy Plus for X amount of days or whatever the process would be to show them all the functionality that it does provide. One large component I do like is the return policy to 30 days but is very uncommon to NOT have that in place in general. Many times I buy the item but don't get around to it for a week and 14 days on a regular account doesn't give much flexibility to setup the item which customers may be busy and not able to get to it and this would then lessen the days for the customer to set up what they may have purchased (most are tech) and then finding the time to return the item. So with Best Buy Plus I really wish it would be like 45 days or 60 day return.

Having purchased a new home and leaving behind some of the older appliances, this program has been great. Only one issue. When you do need to handle an issue they cannot handle online or through their chatbot, you speak to a very polite Indian on the other end who still can't solve your problem! grrrr

I haven't used it yet but I am hopeful. It's too soon to review but I'm hopeful.

We ordered a new LG refrigerator before Christmas and it was delivered on 12-17-24. We had a window of between 7 AM to 7 PM and we received an email that our refrigerator would be delivered between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. We got a call from delivery team around 8:00 AM that they would be at our house at 9:00 AM. And they were at our house at exactly 9:00 AM! They came in and removed old refrigerator, hooked up water to new refrigerator for ice & water and installed door handles. They were gone by 9:30 AM! Very friendly and asked if we had any questions about the installation. So far refrigerator is working fine so very happy with entire process.

I bought a Mac, a Samsung phone, and some headphones for about 3k, and with the membership I received an adjustment payment and got back about 800 dollars, one of the best decisions of my life.

I am not really one to get into programs like these, but this one really made sense to me and was explained to me in detail by the manager that was on duty. Got to love the membership pricing and special deal. If you're considering,,, I highly recommend..
