Asked about the benefits and it basically came down to the extended return period and some of the special deals. As someone who tends to buy a lot of "cutting edge" tech, it helps to be able to try things out for a little longer to see if it works well and return it if it doesn't.

I bought this and it more than paid for itself when we price matched over $700. It took some time for the workers to get everything correct, but they were so helpful and fulfilled the guarantee.

It’s a real value and convenience and the customer service is very good.

So far it's been more than worth it. I have recived some price matching, was able to breck up a big purchase, and even got 50 dollars in bonus rewards.

This TV is incredible. We love it. I would highly recommend it! The only thing that I didn't like was the continual rescheduling of my delivery, which finally came only after I had to change the specific TV I was getting. This one is actually the next step up from my original ordered TV.

I usually have good experiences at Best Buy. I did feel a little pressured into getting the membership though.

Bought this when I purchased two sets of Sony headphones and received a discount on one of them them. Returned the headphones, as that one was not meeting my needs. Then purchased a different set of headphones that cost nearly 200 bucks more and received ZERO discount! In other words, I purchased the membership and received ZERO DISCOUNT/BENEFIT on the item that I actually purchased. Talked with several staff members and a manager and they just didn’t get that purchasing a $500 item plus paying the cost of membership (let’s say $100) and NOT receiving the discount that was promised to offset the cost of the “membership” is (=) (equals) 0 (zero)

Membership is great you get good value and the customer service is great

The plus membership was affordable. Plus I was able to save money on the purchase of an apple mac air. I would recommend this plan especially when purchasing a products over $500.

The item I received arrived in perfect condition from the store, and I have no complaints about that. I give the delivery team a solid five for expertly placing the stove. However, I want to address one issue: it wasn’t delivered on the expected day, and I didn’t receive any communication.

Everyone was very helpful when I needed their help on a situation that I couldn’t figure out. I was stuck on the process in getting everything going with the right process to make sure that it was done right so after a phone call they got me up and going on my electronic project.

I bought this so I could return a TV, but I've gotten some good rewards and sales bonuses, so it's definitely worth it if you're going to be shopping like that... I just hope that once I'm settled in my new house I won't be shopping at Best Buy like I have been.
