I'm a member because I use best buy a lot ever since Fry's Electronics went out of business. Fry's Electronics has always been my preferred electronic store but now it's Best Buy so it made sense to become a member here for the benefits it provides.

We bought a 77" OLED Samsung TV along with the Best Buy Plus yearly membership. The membership has already paid for itself and saved us a great deal of angst. Our brand new Samsung TV suddenly died less than 60 days from purchase. date. We called Samsung requesting their assistance. They were sending their service tech, but would not remove the TV from the wall mount. We decided to call Best Buy (BB). They quickly reminded us that we had BB plus membership. They are removing the dead TV and remounting with a new TV.

Best Buy has a lot to offer the Techy and and the not so Techy customer. There's always sufficient help close by when you need them.

This membership is a real value. I love getting free shipping on my purchases. I have not had a chance to use the Geek Squad but I am looking forward to speaking with them soon.

I got this membership card when I purchased a 65" LG OLED TV and wanted the 60 days extended return period as the default of 15 days was not adequate at the time of purchase. I ended up keeping the TV and it actually price dropped $100 before the 60 days was up so I got a refund for that amount! (Very Nice). I'm a little disappointed in the 2 day shipping that is suppose to be one of the cards benefits. The time(s) I have ordered with shipping the delivery date was more like 5-6 days. The date was improved after the order and ended up being in the 3-4 day range, but still not 2 days!

Had a great experience with the Geek support that solved all my issues promptly. I will try to keep up with the technonogical updates now that I have the Plus Membership Access option and talented support.

The return policy alone is a must especially if you are unsure to an item!

Best Buy is a trusted brand and store. I don't what to say or write about - just glad Fort Wayne, IN has Best Buy.

Honestly, I recommend it because it gives you a 2 month return window instead of 2 weeks, they will also return money if an item goes on sell, just go in store, show when you bought the item and they’ll refund that, but it has to be in a 2 month period, anything passed that is not covered.

Great to have this. I returned to the store after discovering a lower price for the computer I just purchased. They happily gave us the difference. Well done, Best Buy of Hickory.
