    This washer machine works real good, but its loud on the spine cycle. Even though you bounce out the clothes. It will do for now, but l would not buy this brand again. But it work good.

    I would say this membership is only useful if you spend a lot at Best Buy, and/or are purchasing gifts months before big events or holidays. It’s not often that my desired items are on an exclusive plus/total membership deal. I can see spending $30 a year, but $50 feels a bit excessive. Besides my critics, I do enjoy the benefit of the 60 days return/exchange period as I am procrastinate a lot. I often see a lot of customers try to return their items well out of the 15 day return period. This membership would be mostly beneficial to these types of people.

    It came out cheaper to do the membership and it covered the iPhones we bought... glad I bought this membership, it will give us more discounts on all our appliance purchases as well as future apple purchase...would gladly recommend this to others who are thinking of getting an IPHONE because it covers the apple care and is cheaper

    The membership has good incentives for members and is relatively reasonably priced. Everyone likes quick shipping but having a longer return window is also a nice advantage because it allows for the proper testing and demoing of a product to see if it fits your needs.

    Great choice to get this. Knowing I can return the computer within two months, as well as 2 months of best price guarantee has been great and has paid for itself 5 times over - literally. I've been able to get $150 back on my accompanying computer purchase so far in just the first month with price matching. And a 2 free months of LinkedIn Premium came as a welcome surprise - also paying for itself.

    Love Best Buy Plus but it could be better…

    I have had Best Buy Plus for over 2 years. I can recommend it for its affordability and options as the basic plan. The only critique I have is that maybe they could include 1 year warranty for all things bought with Plus, just like the upper tiers. Regardless, the deals are great as a Plus member and I will continue to use the service for the coupons and deals they offer regularly.

    What I like? It is so quiet, you don't even know it's on. It dries very well if you use the button that says, 'extra dry.' My dishes come out very clean using the 60 minute cycle.

    Having the membership has been a good experience overall. My only critique is after purchasing a laptop during a doorbuster event, I received a notification that I earned $25 for the purchase. After not receiving an email, I contacted Best Buy via chat and was told the $25 is only applied as a credit for those who have the Best Buy credit card. It didn’t say anything about this when I received the notification in the app, so this was confusing and disappointing at the same time. Other than that, the membership has been great so far, and I’ve purchased several other items at Best Buy.

    The membership has definitely been worth it for our household. Within the last few months alone, we purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a TV, so the member pricing, delivery benefits, and extended return window came in handy. The process was smooth overall, and having everything connected under one membership made larger purchases feel a lot easier and more organized. If you shop at Best Buy more than occasionally, I can definitely see the value in it.

    The membership is really good. The only problem I have is whenever you try to prize match for something that is still that is sold on Best Buy‘s website customer service over the phone cannot help you. You have to go to the store cause they look at their website and they can’t see what you see so I don’t know what’s up with that but otherwise, if you didn’t have to run to the store every time your prize match it would be better.

    I wasn’t sure if the My Best Buy Plus membership would be worth it at first, but after using it for a few months, I can say it actually pays off if you shop here regularly. The member pricing and occasional exclusive deals made a difference, especially on electronics I was already planning to buy. Free shipping was also a nice bonus since I didn’t have to think twice about small orders. It’s probably not for everyone, but if you buy tech more than a couple times a year, it makes sense.

    We purchased the My Best Yearly Membership when we were making a large appliance purchase. It makes total sense to have the membership since your receive several perks for doing so including saving money. It is easy to use; recommend.

    Sales agent was excellent and helpful. Made appointment with Geek department for assistance in converting data from old iPad to new iPad. Can’t say enough about the young man who helped me. Very patient and helpful. Love my new iPad. Still learning how to use all the features.

    If you buy tech frequently, the My Best Buy Plus membership is a no-brainer. The biggest selling point for me is the 60-day return window (up from the standard 15 days). It takes the pressure off—you actually have two full months to make sure a new monitor or peripheral works for your setup. ​Beyond the returns, the member-only pricing often pays for the membership fee in just one or two big purchases. Plus, the free 2-day shipping is reliable and fast. If you're tired of rushing to return things within two weeks, this is the best $50 you’ll spend this year.

    It is ok, but staff is not well informed about it, just to sell it they provide some information. We got a ‘welcome gift’ with plus membership related to a canvas bag printed by Shutterfly, I was very exited to get it, it was impossible , never got the email with code, after several attempts following instructions. So, we went ahead to store at the Fountains -like it says to do so- and asked for help… NON of staff members new anything about membership plus at all, easily they wrote me a phone number to deal with, I though ‘NO Thank You, I will rather buy a canvas bag on my own without this hassle, so I dropped the idea of the free canvas bag, it was disappointing, I think there’s nothing good to offer something to others and not honor the word. Better not to offer anything. I just hope we don’t get to need one of the ‘help’ payed in the membership for something really important.

    It's good at the price now. I was wouldn't buy it at $50 because you don't get much for it. Now member deals, 60 day returns and 60 day price matching is more affordable.

    Overall not a bad plan, if you purchase a lot of tech through Best Buy. Personally Best buy is where I always look and check 1st, the fact I have close by helps too, but honestly the exclusive deals and savings that go with membership make it well worth the $50, imho. Only thing, My membership got tacked onto a purchase I had made by a floor Rep, then forgotten all about (or overlooked or unaware during purchase tbh, still not sure which, probably both) and when it auto renewed a year later at exactly 12a 0 dark 0 from Denver Colorado, my bank immediately flagged it as unauthorized, all while I slept. Not recognizing it before coffee I confirmed the rejection, and the transaction became completely mucked up..So, I let it rest for awhile, b and never renewed even after finally realizing what it was, dug through my history and confirmed that I guess I did pay for it last year . Again, The plan itself is probably worth it you shop here a lot, but they should really send out reminders, bells and whistles, etc well in advance and change the auto-renew from 1 sec past midnight, as it comes off as trying to "slip one by" both the customer and obv the bank, too. I think in the end I didn't like the way it went down, the lack of transparency, and the fact it was apparently a sales comiss "tag-on" tb with. If they changed these practices, I'd probably sign back up and recommend more, but tbh, it left w a weird a taste, so just haven't.. I may reconsider if they offered again and posted frequent transparent reminders and alerts to our account and esp emails that I still get flooded with.. Subscriptions these days seem to count on ppl not exactly knowing they have subscriptions. Can you imagine making money creating simple apps off the fact ppl can't even keep track of their own subs and memberships bc we're so inundated?! The transparent Co's get my cont'd business. The "slip one by" Co's do not. Imo, a personal rule that wld serve others well too, and remind Co's integrity still matters if you want our business.. Again, I'd still "highly recommend" the My Best Buy Membership to techy friends & fam, especially protections that come with it..but then immediately warn them about the auto-renew process.

    I love my Best Buy Plus membership! One of my favorite perks is the price protection. If something I buy goes on sale during the eligible price match window, I can request a price match and get the difference back. It has saved me money more than once!

    At first i thought it was a waste of money . Turns out life be lifeing so i found out quick how much getting this was worth it . It saved me 400 dollars in less then 2 months. No matter if you think you dont need it just get it .

    I recently visited Best Buy and had a solid experience overall. The store was well-organized, and I was able to find electronics and accessories without much hassle. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, offering advice on the latest laptops and TVs. Checkout was smooth, and the store had a wide range of products in stock. Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff Clean, organized store layout Good selection and availability of products Cons: Some prices were slightly higher than online options Limited in-store promotions Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars.
