This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this to anyone. My husband and I went into Best Buy to revamp our entire TV experience. We planned a smart TV, antenna, router/modem, and a recorder. We also entertained geek squad to set up everything. We intended was to cut the cord to cable TV. I did my research ahead of time and looked at hardware and the geek squad info and felt confident I knew what was up.We did purchase all the equipment, and the sales rep sold us on the "price match protection". So now comes the time to talk geek squad. I said this should be about $350. The sales rep said "No, it will only be $200 since you purchased the additional protection. Great, got a good deal. The tec comes to set it up. He comes in at 5:55 pm (5 mins before the "end time". I show him everything we purchased. He took an immediate attitude and said "I'm only here to setup the TV" and wouldn't do any of the router/modem or the recorder. He would only unbox the TV (could have done that myself. So now, I'm left trying to work with customer services. They tell me I can get the router/modem setup for an additional $175. They told me they can't help me a too bad about the no setup. So fast forward a month, still no router/modem setup. Now the router modem that I paid $300 for is on sale for $199. Remember, I bought the price protection. I sent an email with my receipt and a copy of the ad. I get a message back that I have to go into the store. What a scam. Very unhappy customer. Will buy my appliances from Home Depot.

The TLC television is just the right size for my living room. It has a nice vibrant and clear picture. And the best part is the price.... a very good deal.

Glad i joined this membership. I had to return tv we bought. Only because the componets in tv wasn't good for hooking up to antenna . Listening to geek squad buying different antenna. And tv stll didn't work. Being a member of best buy i was able to return tv with no hassle. Thanks geek squad for telling me about this membership . I'll be back to get another tv from best buy always.

I was hesitant to purchase this membership, but it had already paid for itself when I bought it and now I enjoy going to Best Buy and getting great deals whereas I typically would never go to Best Buy.

I am always hesitant buying memberships but I did buy this one when we bought our new LG 65” model G TV. It was the middle of January and it was already on sale for $200 off. The following week they of course had the big sale prior to the Super Bowl and I used one of the benefits of the membership and got a $300 credit which was credited to our credit card. It was very simple and easy

I just acquired the My Best Buy Plus membership, and although I haven't used it yet, I'm very excited about the benefits it offers. I think it's an excellent option for those of us who frequently buy technology. It offers fast and free shipping, exclusive member prices, and early access to certain promotions. I trust Best Buy's quality of service, so I expect a great experience. Recommended for only 49.99 a year, it's great!

The person at Best Buy was very nice. He helped me pick out a TV. I inquired about a sound bar of which he had limited knowledge on and he invited another associate to help explain it to me. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Both were very kind thank you.

My Best Buy Plus membership extended the return period the the laptop I bought, which allowed me to get my purchased priced matched when the laptop went on sale about 5 weeks later. Best Buy refunded me the $350 plus tax. The extra $50 I spent on the membership ended up saving me $350.
