I’ve been a Bestbuy Customer for over 25 years Yes the membership costs are on the high end, however if you watch your emails , they offer either a lower price than an ordinary sale as well as gift cards on some items. I recently was given $50 dollars off in addition to $50 dollar gift card for my purchase of a TV. Plus a $25 credit on my birthday.

The Geek Squad was very polite & professional. They listened carefully to our desires & then installed the tv & sound bar When it was installed they explained operating it to us. When done they cleaned the site & took the cardboard & other trash with them. They were awesome, & we appreciate them installing the equipment.

I haven't been able to take advantage of this membership. They only give 2 weeks to return a cell phone. I thought it was 60 days. So it's a little dissappointing. I'm hoping I can learn to like this cell phone soon. I was very satisfied with Avery`s help in the store cell phone department. He cleared several phones problems.

The Membership, in its early stages, seems to have great value. The support and service I have received from David in the Newington, CT store, recently with my purchase of the Lenovo laptop, but also with my purchase of Moto 5G cell phone, has been priceless.

This new membership plan is just ok. I don't really like it very much because you all took away the points systems where you accumulated points that was a dollar value that you could use on purchases. Now I get it you have discounts that are for the Plus members only but the old system allows you to use your points on any item in the store.....

Eddie at the Seekonk Best Buy is absolutely a master at his job. I never felt pushed into anything. Any questions I had he made sure to answer or get the answer for me. We walked out with a dishwasher. We were looking at several. He reminded me of one dishwasher that we eventually pushed that because of my Best Buy membership I get $350 off the price. Eddie was very informative and so helpful. My wife and I are new home owners. We currently don't have a dishwasher in our house. This will instantly change how we do things in our house and also most importantly conserve water. Thank you so very much Eddie!

This membership is a real value, Member prices plus unlimited geek squad support is great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

Definitely worth it if you shop at BB regularly. It helps with returns and purchase perks. I highly recommend it.

If you’re buying big ticket items at Best Buy, the total membership is better than getting the extended warranty for that product. Everything you buy at Best Buy is covered under this warranty for two years, keep in mind. You have to pay for two years membership. Anything that you order online is express shipped to your door. Service support, Tech Support geek squad support just to mention a few, there are other benefits, such as Priority notification on upcoming deals. I’m yet to explore all the benefits this total membership offers. But this is gonna keep me busy, exploring everything that is offered.

Plenty of deals offered throughout the year that are available before anyone else have access to them they are great deals.

There are exceptional employees at the stores, but there are also terrible employees. When I bought my new Laptop, the first guy I talked with was fantastic, but he was at the end of hs shift, he handed me off to someone else, and he wasn't so great. Also, the hoops you haver to go through to try and take advantage of your upgrade financing offer made it so I instead used the 12 months no interest. Could you make that process easier?

Best Buy’s membership program is actually pretty solid. If you shop there even semi-regularly, it basically pays for itself. The member-only discounts are legit, and free shipping on most stuff is a nice perk—because let’s be real, nobody likes paying for shipping.
