I recently joined the Best Buy Plus membership, and it’s been well worth the investment! The added perks are fantastic, especially the free shipping on most items and exclusive deals. I find myself shopping here often, so the member discounts really help save on tech and electronics I’d be buying anyway. Plus, the extended return window is super convenient, giving me peace of mind if I’m uncertain about a purchase. Overall, the membership adds a lot of value if you’re a frequent Best Buy shopper like me – definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get more out of their tech buys!

Being an avid BB shopper, I was as tad skeptic at first when offered the membership. Bur after thinking it over, it was a great purchase - getting heads up offers on items, and additional discounts on items make it worth having. I suggest all shoppers look it over and determine if it will fit in with your shopping needs.

The value of the membership is great for purchasing the product you want and services. We had the Geek Squad install two TV’s, set up and go over how to use the products we purchased. We called several times to have the Geek Squad to come back and go over some questions we had and show us how to change the settings. Ask for Teddy and Gabriel they were very knowledgeable on all issues and very supportive of our needs.

I'm always reluctant to start new memberships, but the Best Buy membership has no strings attached and is absolutely worth having.

This membership has already paid for itself. Great to have and can save you lots of money if you shop here often.

Membership is a great value. Great member only pricing and deals. 60 day returns and price match on most items. You can save well over the cost. Im loving my plus membership so far.

I’ve traded in my two older pair of Apple AirPods at my local (Utica, Mi.) store. I have to say the transaction was fast and painless. Kudos to the sales associate who helped me as I got a good price for my trade-in and was able to use the money towards new ones.

Having Best Buy Plus Membership is peace of mind and real value. I love the unlimited Geek Squad Support provided especially my all time favorite Agent Garcia. Though, I feel it is a little pricey but the value of getting the protection plan on our electronic purchases is beyond measure. A very Happy and Protected all time BEST BUY purchaser!

Membership offers some unique perks, but they aren't quite enough to make it stand out. Discounts and the app's UI are also lacking. There's definitely room for improvement beyond just offering added protection.

The TV was easy to set up and any questions were promptly answered by our salesman. The picture is awesome!!!!

I have to say that I am very pleased getting the PLUS service. It saves me some money as I do buy a lot of stuff from BestBuy. I like the factor that it tells me in the App the prices I can get the items, which is usually cheaper.

The membership is a decent value. However, it could offer a little more to loyal members. Its better to have a membership than not have one. Just needs a little more perks. Otherwise good
