I bought this thinking I would save but really have not. Most of the deals are on their high price items in an attempt to get you to buy those instead. I will not be renewing at the end of the year. I have bought several costly appliances this year from Best Buy and did not get any good deals because of the reward program

The membership proved to be a GREAT value in terms of Best Buy itself!! The customer service and the discounts alone are a great seller!! However, beware of WHO is shipping your package. They can only help so much on this end. FedEx is chronically the worst shipper and Best Buy can't help when they lose/damage your package beyond a refund...IF it makes it to your home. Beyond that, I highly recommend Best Buy Plus.

Signed up for Best Buy Plus and it’s already paying off. I get access to exclusive deals, faster shipping, and extended return windows—super helpful when I’m buying tech or gifts. It feels like I’m getting more value every time I shop. The sign-up process was quick, and the benefits kicked in right away. If you shop at Best Buy often, the membership is definitely worth it.

I love this membership because if I have any issues; Best Buy will help me with any problem! It may only be $50 per year but it has a lot that comes with it and is worth the money!

Has good deals if you happen to be in store or online at the right time. My MacBook was 50 dollars off thanks to this membership, although the higher tier membership with free Apple Care would have been even better. I had the Plus at the time and enjoy the savings and it paid for itself the same day that I got it pretty much.

I love the cash back benefits. This card was easy to open and easy to understand the terms. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is I got the card that you can make purchases elsewhere and I was not informed that there would be interest charged immediately on them. They have the 12 month interest free for purchases made at Best Buy, which I love. Overall a great card and the only one I’m going to keep out of the credit cards I own.

Not entirely sure I’m getting everything promised with this membership. I did get discounts on my purchases though.

The Best Buy plus membership has been great for us. The stress free extended return period is a major reason I'll continue to be a Best Buy plus member. This company is great and I'll continue to support as long as I can, we need to keep big box stores around to be able to interact with the staff and the product we're want in person.
