Membership itself is great and the last I used it in electronics the employee a manager I think was awesome in helping us and making us understand how each part worked however I would have liked to use it for a stove when I got my income tax but never got waited on left and bought it somewhere else. Got told someone would be with us in about 10min but 45 minutes later we left. Bought the same stove for a dollar more at the competition store.

This membership saved me money in the first purchase!

The 5 stars go to Jon Langtry, geek squad agent. Had very bad experiences with the previous visits from others, to correct the problem. 0ne more kink to work out, but Jon has been notified. I am happy with the perks from my BB Plus membership.

I like having this feature and the ability to save money on future purchases.

I tried to use the price match feature on a legitimate price match (memorial day sale) that would have saved me $100. The support teams said it didn't qualify as it was a bundle - however I also purchased my washer and dryer as a bundle. I emailed the sales rep in the store and did not receive a reply. For that reason I give this 3 stars as it did not fulfill the reason I bought. I did get a $25 gift card which I used so at least I got part of the cost back. Will not plan to renew unless we can get the price match solved.

This membership is a real value. I love the cash back. It is really a big deal for me. I always ask people to buy from Best Buy because you get free deliveries, no hidden charges, cash backs and original products. Best Buy will give you deals that the manufacturers will never give. Keep going Best Buy!

My Best Buy Plus is totally worth it. Free 2-day shipping, exclusive deals, and the longer return window make shopping at Best Buy a lot easier. For the price, the benefits more than pay for themselves if you shop here often.

I’m not usually someone who goes for memberships like this, but I have to say I’m very pleased with Best Buy Plus™ so far. The value is excellent—the discounts, perks, and added incentives make it more than worthwhile. It’s already paid for itself in savings, and I highly recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy even semi-regularly. Definitely a smart purchase!

I'm really happy with our new fridge. It's just the space we needed. The only downfall is when they were installing the handles they scratched our door. Best Buy was responsive and I had an appt for replacement for 2 weeks out. But now it's been pushed back twice and two appts have been cancelled, our part now is not available until potentially end of November when originally it was available. That is a major downfall of having 4 hr windows and waiting around for nothing. Otherwise, we like our fridge,

This has been marvelous to have given that it has protected me from a laptop of a Lenovo Yoga device that I purchased in August of 2023 (albeit, it extended a year from the purchase of that, so I did not get any use out of it).

This membership could save us some money. If our laptop that we purchased in October goes on sale for Christmas we have been promised the difference in price as a refund.

We had what might otherwise been a problem with a return of a defective item. Cliff (if I'm remembering his name) helped us get it quickly resolved and it was his compassion and knowledge that impressed us tremendously and, in fact, influenced our decision to join Best Buy Plus.

This membership helped me afford to purchase a new television. I appreciated the ease with which I could purchase and then finance the TV at 0% - which made it possible.

I enjoy the Free 2-day shipping and the discounts. Since it was less expensive to buy the item we were getting, even with adding on the Best Buy Plus yearly price, it was worth getting at that time. I'm not sure if I would do the annual membership if the discount wasn't substantial enough to cover the costs. Access to sales, events and products and the extended return window are both nice features too.

This membership is a real value. I got the explanation and some about the perks of having a membership plus they talked me into the credit card. Only negative is I can't get in the site to pay my bill.

This was a very good option. Glad that i bought it. Already got discounts on items that I bought, so it tottally worth it.
