I Love the fact I can be part as a member I grew up looking at this store as my “Toys r us” type it was always a pleasant experience to walk in and now as an adult it always make me feel like those moments when I would walk in with my mom and crying out the store for not buying me a game console!

I didn't want the membership, but the advisor, with all the patience in the world, explained the advantages to me.

Saved me nearly $500 on an xbox controller and a $1000 tv for $50. And i have 3 months to exchange/return if price drops or i dont like it. And its almost black friday

i went after 15 days to return something and was able to due to my membership i am very happy for this purchase which is very useful i get up to 60 days to make a return

I think it’s a decent rewards program. I think it has more benefits than some of the others

The membership came in handy when the prices of our computer purchases dropped and we were able to get the reduced prices.

We purchased a TV as our other one died. John was soo professional, and helped and answered all of our questions. When I got home, I was looking over the paperwork, and it also included a 6-month free to Sirius XM which was a blessing as mine was ready to expire. If you go into that department, I suggest speaking with John, we have gone back, and my husband always speaks with John. Thank you!

With my best buy plus membership and shopping during the holidays I saved $800.00 off a home theater system and the customer service was great in Alpharetta Ga. They showed me that I was missing out on savings if i passed up on the membership. Thats best buy team.

Getting protection on electronic devices is a no brainer, but can also be a pain. With Best Buy plus there is no worries!!

It's a good idea to have a membership in Best Buy. Prices can be lower, excellent help with the service people, etc.

I like he idea of belonging to an service group. I ended up choosing Best buy because of a good price point. I signed up for their membership because it offered even more discounts on top of their already friendly price. Since then I have purchased my laundry units as well and it was awesome. Even though their site said the my choice was on backorder, hrs associate found a way around it. I had my appliances installed in less then a week. Since I am a member I didn't have to pay for installation fees either. Very happy with the value their membership provides. I will be a customer as long as their service quality holds up.

my nearest store is a pretty far drive, so it took me about a week to be able to bring my new pc in, which would have been past the exchange window, and i would have been stuck with the broken one and waited even longer for expensive repairs.

Great membership, love the rewards and extended returns

The membership came in handy for a big purchase. However, the special discounts are very rare on most other products sold by BestBuy. Also, the discount from the membership will count against you for price adjustments and non/membership deals. For example, I purchased a Macbook pro and used the membership for the dicount. I went into the store a few weeks later for a price adjustment based on the new sale price (excluding member special pricing); however, best buy was not willing to do the price adjustment since I already received the sale price based on my purchased membership. It seems a little unfair that non-members can access the same price I paid but for free.

Highly recommend purchasing this, it was $49.99. Within 7 days the price was reduced by $300, contacted Best Buy and the $300 was refunded including tax.

I subscribed to a Best Buy membership at the moment of purchasing my laptop during my trip. The salesperson told me that by signing up I would be able to access a series of discounts and benefits right away. However, what they never mentioned was that those benefits wouldn’t be available for the first couple of weeks — exactly the period I was staying in the U.S. As a result, I paid a significant amount of money for a subscription I couldn’t actually use. I feel that the information provided at the time of purchase was misleading, and the product didn’t deliver what was promised. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate if Best Buy could review this situation and consider a refund for a service that I was unable to benefit from.

This membership was worth the cost for price matching after purchases when sales occur during the holiday
