    I had the most amazing experience with Best Buy Mountain View. Person the customer service desk was the most amazing person I interacted with. We bought the membership and two TVs. Couple of weeks later both TVs went down in price and we got the reduced price. Membership this year has paid back close to $1200

The perks that come with the membership are fantastic—free shipping, exclusive discounts, and early access to deals have been well worth the cost.     We have purchased our appliances and tech equipment at Best Buy for years. The sales associates are so knowledgeable and helpful, taking the stress out of shopping. All our questions answered, and in a world we didn't grow up with technology, an otherwise stressful shopping trip is done with ease! Thank you Best Buy for being so patient with us " 'ol folk" . :)))))

    I like the Best Buy Plus Membership because it offers a lot of value. I order online a lot and enjoy the free 2 day shipping. I also get exclusive member prices and access to sales and events.     This seemed to be a good deal but……. We purchased a tv and we’re waiting the two weeks to be delivered. The day before the delivery date given us in store it was pushed back three more weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Canceled order and purchased the same tv for $700.00 less from an another store. Bad customer service that can’t speak English and the store doesn’t have a phone to speak with employees to help you. Bad business practices all around.
