Expensive, yes—but the performance and longevity make it worth it.

I had purchased this membership to make it easier to buy a computer for my daughter for Christmas (The kind where you buy all the components and then put it together.) However, nearly a month after the purchase, I still HAVE NOT been issued the reward credit. Customer service chat was NOT helpful as they suggested I go to a physical store to have the points added manually. This membership isn't worth it unless it actually functions like it's supposed to. Cheaper and quicker shipping is just peachy but if I'm going to renew this membership in the future, they really need to address the rewards points.

I bought this for my TV's. I would have gave a 5 but trying tobtrack which TV it was became very hard to do.

A nice asset if you buy a lot of tech and or are making bigger purchases... I got it when I bought a laptop and kept renewing for the free shipping and occasional vouchers... Not a bad Investment if you think you'll use it...

My wife and I have met some of the most kindest folks at Best Buy,Palmdale store from the persons in appliances, to #8 printers, to the Geek squad and we cannot leave out the persons at the cash register, they have all shown that humane touch which is missing in the times we're in. Thanks

Was great while I had it. Worth it even if you purchased from Best Buy once a year. I however, do not planning on buying anything for awhile (one year) and saving up money for other things, so I cancelled mine. But I would get this again in a heartbeat, when I am ready to buy from Best Buy again.

You can get extended returns if you have membership

I’ve made purchases totaling $6,872 and saved $570 thanks to membership perks like discounts and exclusive deals. The savings are significant, and I appreciate the benefits like early access to sales and free shipping. However, to stay competitive with other retailers like Amazon, I’d recommend a few enhancements:     1.    Price Matching Beyond Purchase: Offering extended price-matching windows to ensure I get the best deals.     2.    Loyalty Rewards: Tiered benefits or cash-back options for high-spending members.     3.    Faster Shipping: A guaranteed delivery timeline could rival Amazon Prime’s convenience.     4.    Exclusive Inventory: More unique or early-release items for members would add extra value. Overall, the membership has saved me money and added convenience, but a few additional incentives could make Best Buy my go-to retailer for every purchase.

The membership is definitely worth it. I don't buy much from Best Buy year-round, but it's definitely helpful for when you're in need of a certain product but are unsure whether you should wait for it to go on sale. They offer price adjustments if your item goes on sale in the future. I became a member when my refrigerator broke down and they allow a 60-day return window so I can switch it to the other refrigerator I wanted when there's finally stock. Also, I was able to get the Plus Member deal on my iMac where I saved about $65 so I already made my money back!

The membership is a fantastic value for any shopper at Best buy whether you shop regularly like me or just every now and then. The savings opportunities are amazing. Special prices for members. That's a fantastic quality to have in your membership. The extended return policy gives you the opportunity to experience your purchase without worrying about whether or not it fits in to your lifestyle. That's that's a huge opportunity that no one really offers. I have spent so much time talking to knowledgeable people that really understand where I'm coming from in store and in chat. Rather it's trying to figure out what fits inside my PC setup that was all brand new from the ground up purchased from Best Buy, or just talking about new exciting things coming to the tech world, or just the amazing culture that lives in my store, in Huntsville, Alabama, and I know many other stores, it's always a great experience. The ability to not have to worry about returning something if it goes down in price and just having the price match done online without having to go into the store. It is just a simplicity that isn't available at any retailers I can think of. This membership is really priceless.

The required fifty character limit is so annoying!

i dont like having to decide in a rush, so even though i'm famous for spur of the moment purchases i want to have some time to decide if i want to return an item. the 60 day return window is worth it for me

I didn’t have much time when I went to Best Buy because I was on my way to the airport, but I stopped in because it was tax-free weekend. I found a very knowledgeable sales person who helped me select the right TV and sound bar and mounting bracket. I left there smiling When the geek squad came, it was a complicated amount, but they had absolutely no problems. The two of them were knowledgeable and polite and fast. They stay to set up the TV and subwoofer. I highly recommend them.

There's plenty of perks sought out for in a BestBuy membership including general discounts, oddly enough open box discounts which can be cool, free trials like Youtube Premium for those who haven't tried it, occasionally free gifts like Discord Nitro for new users with purchase, extended return times/warranties and free shipping is always nice. I honestly only joined the membership in hopes of getting a better placement in purchasing an NVIDIA 50 series graphics card on launch date or around that time: "Early access to hard-to-find products. As a Plus member, get a jump on high-demand products.". Alas, it did not help me here. Nonetheless, if you're a Tech Enthusiast or looking to supply your home with a nice variety of electronics or appliances, I would still recommend giving a shot at a BestBuy membership.
