This is really a great service. You get special discounts and deals catered to your membership which makes the return of your membership cost a value in the end. The return time is extended if there is a change of mind or product not functioning as expected. Plus you waste more money getting each item individually insured! This is a must for techies and non techies buying even one item each season! It’s an investment that makes sense. I’ve saved money with this feature, not lost money, like when I didn’t have this option/feature with others places/stores.

The BestBuy membership allowed us to have 60 days to return an appliance. It took awhile for the Samsung fridge to start malfunctioning, and the Membership protected us! We were able to return the fridge with no pickup charges. Highly recommend the Membership when purchasing higher ticket items.

The best decision I can make is to buy the membership. I was completely unaware of it, but I bought it and it has given me back quite a bit of money due to the price change. It is highly recommended.

This membership paid for itself on our first purchase. We ended up with a $400 credit after buying a TV that we wouldn’t have had without the wonderful salesman explaining the program to us.

Usually memberships are more of a waste of money, but the $49.99 annual fee has saved me over $300 on the extended price reduction matching they do. I just renewed my 2nd year of having it.

Overall, the program is nice and I’ve enjoyed the perks. I originally joined because being a member meant buy 2 get 1 free for video games—I do wish they’d offer that again. But, I’ve still purchased and saved on a few other items as well. If they offer another video game deal, I’ll probably renew, but still undecided otherwise at this point in time.

The guys that came from Geek Squad are great. The one woman at the Geek Squad in Paducah, KY was always busy doing other things n working with me. Very brisk.

Greatest place to get a new TV and the greatest help possible explaining the different variations and reasons for viewing and how you view your TV setup and whats ideal for you i appreciate Best buy and the staff for the purchase

Good but ppl does not pick up call when need help other then overall good

What really stands out, though, is the 24/7 Geek Squad support—it’s been super helpful when setting up new devices or troubleshooting issues.

The geek squad member that came to assist me with my Samsung product was professional and knowledgeable because of my membership there was no extra charge. I am very satisfied with my membership.

This membership has been very useful. The 60 return policy is awesome. It gives you more time to decide if your purchase was for you or you decided on something different. There also some coupons that save you some money on purchases as well.

If you purchase allot of electronic the membership is well worth it. Better service, shipping and easier returns and warranty service.
