Membership has it's rewards and you can't beat Best Buy when you select a product

We don’t buy a lot of electronic devices or other items that Best Buy sells; other than a sporadic large purchase, I buy printer ink and tape for our label maker. We don’t get member prices on those. I don’t remember what other benefits are so that’s on me. I should have looked at that again.

I have purchased a mini things through Best Buy and everything I have ever brought. I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. That’s why I will continue to bring my business to Best Buy. You have an amazing holiday. Be blessed.

I was able to purchase my first home,......Fianally!! I have had products from Best Buy for decades. Always my first and last "Go To". I will be having their Geek Squad installing all new TV and sound equipment this time. Great peace of mind to be done quickly and correctly!!

Im glad that i used their best buy card for the appliences i needed. Thankful that im able to support my family and pay slowly with no interest for a whole year! Servixes were great for almost all the appliances, except when buying my laptop. Electronic guy would have lost my sale if it wasnt for my husband being proactive. This employee literally answered in close ended answers. Not such a big help.

The best place with the best deals and appliances I got a new tv for the low price

This membership is great. The benefits are great with free shipping. The member offers alone pay for the membership over the year. Plus 60-day return policy. The only area of improvement is having products available first to members. Again a great membership to have.

This membership is totally worth it. You gain so much from it like fast free shipping. Cash back on items. Help from Geek Squad. Discounts, etc. it’s only worth 50$ for a year of service. Definitely check it out if you look forward to smart saving.

While traveling my printer/scanner quit. I purchase separate scanner and printer. The scanner didn't work out of the box. Because we were traveling it was several months before I had the opportunity to return it. Best Buy exchanged it no questions asked.

I am still in the process of installing/using my new products and services, as I had a stroke. This visit to Best Buy for an IPAD and ALEXA was the smartest thing I have done for myself in years. I will avail myself of the Best Buy services to get me going, and already Know that my life will be so much simpler once I am able to enjoy it every day. Nothing better than finding the BEST products and letting the out of date junk just go away. My time is so much better used. Thpatiently ank you, Daniel, at Best Buy, who helped me with my purchases! I will soon return for two more necessary items! This young man is not only very knowledgable, but knows how to explain things very very well. He truly understands Customer Service. After a Light Stroke, I was a bit slow in understanding how things work together. This man is my Hero.

This was a fantastic membership that actually included the most important benefit of extending your return window from 30 days to 60 days. All I can say is that extra time is totally worth it especially if you forgot you purchased somehthing you no longer need or never needed but forgot about it.

I am so pleased with the My Best Buy Plus membership. I have saved way more in the last few weeks than the membership cost - that's a great value. I saved money by getting the special Member pricing and love that the price adjustment is good for 60 days. I can make my purchase now and enjoy what I'm buying without thinking about if I should wait for a better price. I am super pleased with this membership - 5 Stars!
