    If the stuff we bought goes on sale within the first 30 days of the membership we will get the difference back from our purchase. Don't really know anything else that's just what the sales guy told us.

    Fantastic Value — Best Buy Membership Pays for Itself! I’ve been a Best Buy member for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best memberships I’ve signed up for.     I think the price can be intimidating initially, but when it comes to electronics, you'll quickly find that it's well worth 1/2 days of annual working hours in cost. They're cordial and quick to help you when you have an issue with your products. Just don't let the paymeny lapse, or you lose said coverage

    I love Best buy its my Favorite store to shop in. Its always a pleasant visit with all the latest gadegets and Equipment. Plus they give you items without even asking for a downpaayment, once you sign up to be a member and get their card. I love it, they make me so happy. Shop there Today, They are the best!!!!!!!!

    The one frustration I have is that it is very difficult to put a purchase on a correct account if an incorrect one was done initially by accident. I still don’t think it was switched correctly. Only one person in the store could do it. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I found out what had happened and was told to fix it when the product came in. It was not as easy as they made it sound and once again I don’t think I got credit for it. Other than that I am happy with what I have.

I had a tricky issue with a laptop purchase—something about software compatibility—and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The associate, let’s call them Alex (I wish I’d caught their real name!), listened patiently as I explained my situation, asked smart questions to clarify my needs, and then walked me through several options with impressive knowledge and zero pressure. When we hit a snag with an out-of-stock item, Alex didn’t hesitate to check their system, call another location, and arrange a seamless transfer—all while keeping me updated with a smile. It felt like they were as invested in solving my problem as I was! What really stood out was the follow-up. After I got home with my shiny new laptop, I received a courtesy call to ensure everything was working perfectly and to see if I had any more questions. That personal touch turned a great experience into an exceptional one. Best Buy’s team made me feel valued, not just as a customer, but as a person.     The app is hot garbage for notifying you of the "exclusive member" deals. Just look at the app store and you'll see the reviews about that. As for value, I got this membership on a deal, so unless you're always spending money at Best Buy, I don't think it's worth it. They should tie this into their credit card to add more value in some way.

    I Purchased the AirPod pro max and when they went on sale for Black Friday I was able to use my Best Buy plus member ship and was refunded the difference in what I paid vs the Black Friday price highly recommend for large purchases you have 90 days to use this perk

    Nice for drawing, it has 2 more replacements, nice sensitivity as good horizontal drawing. what is not present is the Bluetooth

    Signed up for membership plus during a door stopper event where you got rewards that made the membership free. So far, still waiting to see the rewards show up after 2 months but I have gotten free shipping that saved me $10.

    The equipment was fantastic the geek installers were the best they programed everything according to my preference exact measurements and placement was achieved they saved me money because the table that I ordered was not available and they saw the one I was throwing out outside the house and noticed it was a perfect fit for the new tv will always hold high regard for the geek squad

    I hate purchasing in-store programs, but honestly, this one is worth it. I mistakenly bought a monitor that I thought was the correct model from the box, but it was a different model. I couldn't return it for about 2 weeks because I was busy with life and work, but this program makes it so easy. No questions asked and a full refund. I 100% plan to keep this.

    I suppose the membership is good for some people. I certainly will not use it at the Glendale,CA store. I needed help with my new Jitterbug phone I just bought that day. I was directed to the customer service geek who pretty much just dismissed this older woman and would not help. I will try another Best Buy if I ever buy from them in the future.
