The service we received when we bought our new TV was outstanding. The guys connected us not only to our HOA source but to our commercial one as well, and showed us how to easily switch back and forth- not an easy thing to do when dealing with a pair of electronically impaired 70 year olds!

I purchased a high end laptop, it worked great for what I needed, but my needs changed a few weeks later. I needed more power and less mobility. I was able to perform my exchange due to the policy without any issues! My confidence I Best Buy’s willingness to facilitate supporting my needs keeps me coming back.

I have saved money using the Best Buy Plus membership, in great part because I want to support Bestbuy’s local store in Folsom CA. Which is to say, if this store goes away, I would probably not renew. That said, if you make any significant number of purchases at BB, it’s worth getting a membership.

The My Best Buy Plus membership is a great value, if you buy electronics and household goods. You will get your money's worth plus some. I like the member only specials and clearance items that are for members only. I have saved a lot over the past year, I will be renewing for sure.
