Value of the Plus membership has not been explained to me to date

The sales man that i had helping me had a great costumer service explained everything to me and made everything very clear!!! AWESOME experience wish i had his name to put him down for a future raise!

I have my doubts how frequently I will need plus membership. Then a sale happens that members often save even more that easily covers the cost of the $50 membership and makes it just worth while if you make one or more purchases a year at Best Buy. Example, bought an E-bike in 2025 and that alone gave me a reward and discounted price that saved more than double the membership price.

I had the pleasure of working with a superb Best Buy employee whose name I wish I could remember. I purchased the Sonos arc and subwoofer . I was a little hesitant but the employee made me feel safe purchasing the membership.

2 month price guarantee is the best thing about this. Buy what you want, come back in for a refund later cause things go on sale at least once a month. Don't gotta wait for things to sell out.

This membership offers great value. The member pricing, combined with unlimited Geek Squad support, makes it extremely worthwhile. I also appreciate the peace of mind that comes with having protection plans on our purchases.

I Bought fryer a month ago and I used the $50 certificate and I returned the same day like after 9 minutes, the customer service told me the $50 certificate will return to my account in 15 days and that cheated with the customer service said on 25th will return to the account but didn’t. Called back the customer service and asked me why you returned it and told her was not the right fryer my wife wanted and told her you should asked me the reason after that she said you can’t get $50 certificate because it’s one time use. Why she didn’t say that the first time only when I asked her you should asked me the reason for returning the fryer. They two customer service did not tell me that?

Membership saves time and is useful. Often a short time after a new purchase, I discover a question I forgot to ask or some additional item I need. It saves time because they have a record of the prior purchases and can match me with the needed item.

I like Best Buy plus because I save money.my organic prices was around $2490 but when I open my Best Buy plus I save around 400 or 500 hundred.

I signed up for the Best Buy Plus Membership a few months ago, and it’s been totally worth it. The free 2-day shipping alone saves me so much time, and I love getting access to exclusive deals before they go public. The extended return window is also a nice bonus — it takes the stress out of big purchases.

I like this membership as it has saved me money. I haven't used the Geek Squad portion of it mainly because I work in IT and can fix my issues myself. I've saved enough each year that it covers the cost of the plan.

I purchased a new laptop HP model C0CL9UA#ABA on 10/12/2025. The Sale price was $319.99. The Salesman practically guaranteed that this Laptop would be even cheaper on Black Friday. The Salesman said, if I purchased the Best Buy Plus 1 Year membership for $49.99 I would be reimbursed for the cheaper Black Friday price. The price for this same computer was $329.99 on Black Friday, it was $10.00 more than what I paid over 1 month earlier. I feel that I got scammed buying the 1 Year membership. I would not have purchased the 1 Year membership if the salesman said it would be cheaper on Black Friday. I'm thinking the salesman gets commission pushing these memberships. Just a heads up for people buying the memberships.

Happy with it just I was under the impression that when I purchase this I would get extra time on warranty but was wrong and 60 day extended return policy besides that happy with it

benefits are good. I had the membership before, so I renewed it again. Used it often and I think its worth it, plus it was discounted. which made my decision easier.

I’m actually pretty impressed with the member prices. And exclusives on Pokémon cards! Makes the membership actually feel valuable seeing the discounts alongside the MSRP.
