Initially purchased because Plus membership price was covered by the discount sale price i received on an item. Seemed ok, but when I ran into a shipping credit issue I expected an increased level of customer service. This did not happen. I was forced to spend over 2 hours on chat tofinally get a refund on an item that was not delivered. I did not receive the refund, nor any indication of a recognition of the problem for over 2 weeks. I was offered no additional apologies or inconvenience reimbursement, very disappointing.

It's great just started and no complaints. Nice review system.

Allowed me to have extra days to return a defective cell phone and get it replaced with a new one even though they claimed it shouldn't have when I got to the store. The chat agent told me it did and the store honored their promise.

Best Buy was very professional from the sales associate to the delivery associates

I purchased this initially for some extra perks when picking up a laptop, but it has been clutch several times since then. One of the few big box memberships that might actually be worth it.

it's nice to have Sometimes to find the deals. you have to hunt for them. It would be nice to have a store closer to use down here in Hastings MN!

This membership is overall great value, the perks are amazing and widely accessible.

Not too shabby. Have perks like Best Buy bucks that you can discount a purchase something in your cart during membership week.

Finally, our second washing machine works! The first one was defective. One delivery guy had quite an attitude, but the second guy was pleasant. The $300 drawer (that we paid extra for) is dented, but we'll live with it.

This membership is a real value. Great prices on good products. Very happy with my TV purchase. Had the geek squad map my new 77-in Samsung TV. They did a great job and very quick. They call the very next day to see if I had any questions or anything that they needed to do. So thumbs up.
