We had an issue with our previous security camera. I'm extremely happy to say that we have had zero issues with our Ring security cameras since we bought them a couple months ago. Hopefully I didn't just jinx it..... but the staff member that assisted was great! He thoroughly explained the membership and we were able to get back around $160 about a month after purchase when the items went on sale. So far, everything has been working out very well and I have no complaints.

Honestly I was sold on it because the employee was just so good and enthusiastic. I probably wouldn’t have gotten it otherwise. But the membership has a lot of neat perks and I hope to make great use of it!

I was hesitant but I ended up getting a $50 rewards points when purchasing due to a BB credit card offer. So effectively a free 1 year trial. I like the 60 day price matching, but other than that, I'm not sure if I will renew yet.

We purchased the yearly membership after buying a new TV. The membership allowed us to get a lower price on the TV if the price dropped within three months. When the price dropped within a week, we saved about $400. Thus, the cost of the membership was well worth it.

I purchased this membership so I would have more time to return an item purchased for x-mas. I bought 2 items that were on sale. So paying for the membership was worth it. I think we should just have more time but, Best Buy has always been so good about returning things. And they are wonderful with answering any questions you have. I have brought my laptop in years after purchasing it and they showed me what was wrong free of charge. So I think it’s worth it!

II have peace of mind knowing I can count on Best Buy if changing my mind on an appliance, for example, withing a 60 day period. I can exchange it for a diffetent brand or model.

This membership paid for itself in less than one month. I was able to get the sale price a month after my purchase with an easy phone call to Best Buy. They credited my account right then for the difference between what I paid and the new sale price. Super service and I will be using this feature a lot in the future.

Membership has worked for me, the cost of membership was offenses by the discount on my purchase, I will probably subscribe again to keep the benefits. The installation of our new kitchen aid dishwasher was very efficient and professional, I am used to doing my own installs, but never again.

For anyone who owns a home, you know that you need new things constantly because appliances only last so long and we want to keep our home and the best shape. Best Buy has the answer with their membership. You can get the best products at the lowest prices whenever you need them, whether you were planning on replacing or not, replaced my DW with a Bosch and I replaced my home vacuum system with a beautiful new shark and absolutely love both products couldn’t be happier !
