I originally signed up because it knocked so much off of a tv and install, but it has surprisingly come in handy more than I thought it would. The initial discounts covered the membership easy, but the savings and discounts on other items since I started have racked up as well.

Very positive experience! Salespeople were instrumental in providing me with info on the difference between the various tvs to choose from. With the selection made I then sat back and waited for install. These guys were very good as well. My only complaint is being given a window of 7am to 7pm for delivery. The company needs to do better in this area of service.

Definitely one of those just get it because it will come in handy deals. I was buying a completely different item and was asked about the membership. I said yes and have been benefiting from it ever since. From rebates to specials sales, and have been able to get great products from this great store.

This membership is a failsafe means to ensure that a customer is getting the best deal on their purchases. By having this membership, if an item goes on sale up to 60 days after you made the purchase, you can get the credit of the difference.

Account had an error. I corrected the email address, but evidently the old one stayed and thus In could not access my account. They need to correct this.

This LG TV is great. The color is great. The sounds is very loud. I love this t.v.

Overall, I think it's pretty good, but I have a little suggestion to make it even better! Recently, I received a $50 certificate as part of my membership rewards, which was super exciting! However, I noticed it has an expiration date of 11/17/24. What happens if I’ve already made my purchases and don’t need anything else before that date? It seems tricky, and I wouldn’t want to lose that certificate! It would be great if certificates could stay in our accounts and be used whenever we want, regardless of an expiration date. It would add more flexibility and make the membership feel even more rewarding! Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts! I appreciate all you do and look forward to your thoughts on this.

Have loved my new Best Buy membership…already used $435 in cash back credits to purchase a special gaming unit. I only had to pay $64 dollars out of pocket!

At first I was skeptical but after a year+ I'm a believer. This is worth the cost just for the extended return period alone. 60 day returns is amazing. Better than Amazon by a mile. This is enough time to use the product and determine if it meets your needs, etc. Nice savings on some things as well but again the extended return period is amazing. No more shipping stuff back to amazon. Just take things right back to any Best Buy. 100% worth the cost.

This is a good value if you frequently buy electronics. The perks are an incentive to shop at Best Buy, and the 60 return is better than just 30.
