At first I was skeptical but after a year+ I'm a believer. This is worth the cost just for the extended return period alone. 60 day returns is amazing. Better than Amazon by a mile. This is enough time to use the product and determine if it meets your needs, etc. Nice savings on some things as well but again the extended return period is amazing. No more shipping stuff back to amazon. Just take things right back to any Best Buy. 100% worth the cost.

I saved more than the cost of the membership on one item alone when Best Buy had an item I wanted and the sale price was for members only. There definitely good deals and special sales to take advantage of the membership.

Plenty of deals offered throughout the year that are available before anyone else have access to them they are great deals.

So far everything has been great, from enrolling the My Best Buy Plus program up to using the app and searching for deals and products. Easy to handle and discounts are very good! I had few expectations and was impressed!

Bought for insurance on oled tv. Didnt have to utilize it. I did get a high quality system though. Insurance probably wasnt worth it in my case.

Very easy, he wasn’t able to play his games because his controller wasn’t working right and his on school vacation, so now his very happy being home, and I’m happy that I got the right price and a great experience, I couldn’t ask for more. The customer service staff was polite, although he was frustrated with me for coming back and and asking questions as I would walk away to get my head clear about what he was saying and what he could do for me. He helped spot someone illegally trying to get my information, which I am eternally grateful for.

This membership is excellent. It covers the warranty on purchased items for 60 days, and they give you a percentage of your purchase back, which can be used for future purchases. In short, it's magnificent, and I recommend it 100%.

this membership helps you when you buy a lot of things in the store because they give you coupons to redeem and you save more money with that.

I have saved money using the Best Buy Plus membership, in great part because I want to support Bestbuy’s local store in Folsom CA. Which is to say, if this store goes away, I would probably not renew. That said, if you make any significant number of purchases at BB, it’s worth getting a membership.

This plan is excellent especially for all the Geek Squad help we have gotten for all our purchases. That and the product protection coverage has given us so much piece of mind.

This membership could save us some money. If our laptop that we purchased in October goes on sale for Christmas we have been promised the difference in price as a refund.
