    If you are an individual who makes purchases throughout the year with Best Buy I would recommend this membership. If you go to Best Buy once a year to make one purchase I would not recommend because the amount of meals you’ll receive a day is too many.

    Our delivery guys were great conner was informative and kept us updated to the minute of their arrival. And although there was a moment of misinformation given by the sales person they proceeded to take care of us like pros and were very polite. Also took all the packing materials with them. As far as the membership goes it was a no brainer to pay 60.00 to not have to pay 150.00 delivery fee. Sobwe will see if there is any other benefits to being a member.......

    At first I thought this was kinda just another subscription to just have, being 50$/y is not that much money so I figured it would only save me about that, but i decided to give it a try. I do not regret it, within the first two months ive allready saved the money ive apent for the subscription, and im sure ill be saving more, especially if you end up picking up a best buy credit card, I cannot reccomend this more, even if you dont frequent best buy too often.

    My new controller.

    When I went in the store. I was looking for a controller for my wife computer. When a gentleman asked if I needed any help, I said yes I do , and I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. So I bought the one I got. And it works great. I also asked him about a wireless surround system. And again he gave me some options and I told him when I can I will get one soon.

    I wanted to purchase a 65 inch Samsung TV. First time I went in had a nice young man explaining the difference between Samsung and LG. I went home and I price checked other places. I went back to Best Buy with the thought that I am purchasing a TV. I had an older sales rep. I told him what I want to purchase and he told me that they did not have that tv. He showed me one for $1299. I stated I don't want that. He at that time said to me take it or live it and "I'm done with you" and he walked away. I was thinking of walk out but a nice men asked me if he could help me as I was walking out. Was very helpful and I always had great help with phones tablets, so I purchased the tv. after my purchase was completed , I asked to see the manager. Told him what occurred with the sales person. He apologized an d said it was good that I told him about that service. The delivery was set up for 1 day after my purchase. I was very surprised that best Buy Buy employs people that really don't want to be there and deal with the public. That is why I gAVE A "3"

    This is a good value if you shop regularly at bestbuy. The membershop cost si a good value wjth the savings and monthly perks savings. The 60 day return window is great and it also increases the price match window to 60 days giving more time to get extra savings if something goes on sale. I frequently check especially deal of the days since they are good only that day for price match.

    Member plus should give us better pricing on electronics and tv. I’m a member plus and people that don’t have it getting the same price. When things go on sale with should get a better deal then the nexts. Beside that. I have no problem with it.

    Good reward program — so the sales representative at Best Buy had me sign up for the rewards program because it gave me an additional percentage off my refrigerator purchase so it was worth signing up for otherwise I would not sign up for a rewards program I would never pay for one because I don’t purchase that many thanks. So thanks for that Best Buy

I had a tricky issue with a laptop purchase—something about software compatibility—and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The associate, let’s call them Alex (I wish I’d caught their real name!), listened patiently as I explained my situation, asked smart questions to clarify my needs, and then walked me through several options with impressive knowledge and zero pressure. When we hit a snag with an out-of-stock item, Alex didn’t hesitate to check their system, call another location, and arrange a seamless transfer—all while keeping me updated with a smile. It felt like they were as invested in solving my problem as I was! What really stood out was the follow-up. After I got home with my shiny new laptop, I received a courtesy call to ensure everything was working perfectly and to see if I had any more questions.     I’ve really enjoyed having the My Best Buy Plus membership. The exclusive discounts, faster shipping, and extended return window make shopping a lot easier and definitely worth the price.     If you’re like me and you have an unofficial rule of anything over $100 gets a warranty, especially when it comes to electronics and hard this pays for itself you get a two-year warranty on every purchase there’s not a limit to how many purchases so therefore, if you get Lasse a pair of AirPods on sale for 219, you buy them open box so now they’re 200 even you just got yourself a brand new pair of AirPods with AppleCare for $200. You just saved $30 right there.

    Bottom line, it fit and it works. When we purchased it, our sales person failed to add in haul away despite our request. 2 days before delivery, I called in as I couldn’t find haul away. Was told it wasn’t ordered and because of that error, our delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for 12/1. Actual delivery and install seemed to work. Why they couldn’t have added the very small time required for haul away to our first delivery escapes me.

    So far I have found it more useful than expected for future purchases. I mainly wanted the 60 day return period for headphones I purchased since 14 days is not very long to try out a product, but is has become a valuable tool when deciding where to purchase an item. the cost comes out to a little over $4 a month.

    I have been using it to help do some home appliances replacement for items that were over two decades old and broken. I have piece of mind on the return policy which is 60 days instead of 15. At least that was what l was told when purchasing my appliances. Also gave me extra discounts.
