I enjoy the perks and benefits that come with being a My Best Buy Plus member. The members’ deals and monthly picks are usually value added because they’re products I will use. And fast and free shipping are a must-have for me when paying for any membership so kudos for leaving up to the expectation. Being a member rarely disappoints!

I haven't figured out what I get for being a member. Have tried to access it and I think they want me to set up something that might require passwords. I am not happy with having to use technology and passwords for everything. Probably won't use it.

I’ve had the Best Buy membership for a while now, and it has honestly paid for itself. The fast free shipping, exclusive deals, and extended return window make shopping so much easier. I especially love the member-only discounts — I’ve saved a good amount on small electronics, accessories, and even a laptop. The tech support and protection plan benefits add even more value. It’s nice knowing that if anything goes wrong with a device, I can get help quickly without extra hassle. The checkout process is smoother too since my perks are automatically applied. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership is absolutely worth it. Great perks, real savings, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The Best Buy plus membership is something I definitely recommend! The peace of mind if gives you including the incentives you have for products in this store is phenomenal l! I also love the feeling of employees at Best Buy saying oh your a plus members! Thank you for being a part of our team! It feels good! For my use case I was really trying to get my hands on a device that was sold out for months and being a plus member gave the an edge on early stockings. I recommend this product to everyone! For the price of the membership it pays for its self!

The quality of the Samsung OLED tv is fantastic! Very easy to program for any person that is not really saby on smart TV. The colors are so vivid and vibrant like you are there in the same area where the movie is going on! Love it and will recommend to all my military and retired military friends! Also Best Buy has excellent customer service people working there!

So back several years ago as a bestbuy credit card holder, i used to get 45 days return but that quickly change. Infact i even had the gamers club membership where bestbuy would give you 20% off on just about any game except the super popular ones but still awesome. I do wish they would bring that back. Anyways fast forward to today and now you have a meager 15 days return which makes things difficult if your product malfunctions you are pretty much stuck with it unless you buy the additional protection plan. I purchased this membership solely to have peace of mind on returning a product if it malfunctions or doesn't perform as the manufacturer states, this happened to me with a Segway Ninebot Max G2, things have been fixed on it now but it took several months of us being beta testers. So if you want to be able to have a 60 day hassle free return policy, please get this membership, its definitely worth it. There are other perks included like getting $5.00 rewards when you spend $100.00 on a product. For me its not a big deal to earn points as i spend thousands yearly here but with this new paid membership i no longer have the need to do that in order to keep a specific membership status. I will eventually upgrade to the total protection membership but need more customer experience feedback before i spend $130.00 more per year. Anyway, its worth it and i highly recommend it as a customer to you another fellow customer.

Great, got this recommended by sales associate when buying a new TV. Was able to price match the TV when it went on sale 2 weeks later and save $500.

The membership took $80 off of my product and it costs $30/year, so I ended up saving $50. Overall a good choice if you’re making a big purchase, even if you don’t shop at Best Buy too frequently!

Everyone should be buying electronics from Best Buy. They have plans ( if price drops you get that price) plus the ability to see the fluctuation in pricing so you know the odds of it going down plus the pricing is incredibly competitive with any place I shop. Amazon included

I just purchased my new laptop, the employee was very helpful with the purchase. We usually don't buy the extra memberships. The employee recommended the Plus Membership, we were skeptical at first, however we were able to save $300.00 with the price match. We are very glad that we made the decision to go with the membership!

Best Buy price matched the dryer. The customer service online was terrible. The delivery guys dumped the dryer off and didn’t connect it Dumped it in the middle of my hallway blocking my bedroom and bathroom. They said I’d have to get a private contractor even though that was part of buying the membership. So not a good experience.

Now I have peace of mind everytime I buy a product from Best Buy. I can always be sure that the price I am getting for each product is the least and best price I can get since I have this card to "price match."

The membership is ok… but should be less expensive

The fact that I’m a Best Buy member has significantly improved my relationship with Best Buy. I purchased a television and because of having my membership I was able to experience the television for up to 60 days with a free fully delivered and returned trial.. This therefore is a distinct advantage over most all other competitors. I truly recommend all become Best Buy members.

I primarily bought this for the sixty day return window for a new tv and home audio setup for peace of mind instead of the 15 day return window. I'm finding that the next day free shipping is an added perk.

Overall, a powerful and future-ready PC - highly recommended.
