I love the membership it is a value plus the discount.

Your online help desk is the worst is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Will never waist my time with them. The in store help is the best. Out sourcing yo help desk overseas is a big mistake. I can’t understand any of the people on the phone. Not good Best Buy.

good value especially if you buy things in bulk, my saving on day of purchase covered the cost for two years

I was supposed to get automatic discounts on equipment I purchased if it went on sale. My equipment went on sale, but I was not notified. I had to call customer service and go to two stores before I got my discount. I have to say a manager in the audio department at Best Buy in North Glenn was fabulous.

Good price Fairly easy to use. Only complaint numbers and functions do not light up making it hard to see.

Many discounts. Extra return time is great. I returned a laptop and got a new one effortlessly. They even have furniture for sale.

I purchase the subscription because I’m constantly buying stuff for work and stuff for the house. TRUTH IS discounts are not the biggest highlight of this membership, but the random offers they have every month!! That that’s where it pay off.

I've been buying from Best Buy for many years, and for three reasons: one, they maintain a physical store; two, I find their customer service to be superior; and three, I've had excellent service from the Geek Squad when needed. Recently I ordered an expensive washer and dryer. They were delivered and installed on time, and with noticeable care to set the items up and to ensure they met my requirements (placement, etc.) I will continue to buy from Best Buy for any item they carry, vice shopping at other well known and large outlets.

This is a plus to all my buying experiences. Getting invites and discounts are really what I sign up for.

It saves a lot when making purchases especially on larger items. You get many good benefits being a member.

I have had excellent service at Best Buy after purchasing a new IPad. Scott was very helpful in dealing with a senior, offering a chair while he was explaining things to me and transferring everything from my old IPad to my new one. I came back the next day to see if they had an adapter so I could use headphones and charge at the same time and he spent a great deal of time searching for it and eventually found it. Customer service is excellent!

Great if u buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy, it helps you save lots of money

The lady at the customer service was amazing. She helped me exchange my Ninja blender for another with blending cups also! First time, in a long time I haven't been mentioned about a BEST BUY membership! And I've been going to this location for years. I walked out of the shop happy and glad I met this team worker. Now I am prepared ahead of time for upcoming specials and deals--especially for Black Friday coming up! Thank you, she was exceptionally wonderful and it reminded me of what used to be the top-of the line service when you would walk into any Best Buy and every team member would ask if you needed help. This was the best service I've experienced anywhere in quite a while.

I think the Plus membership is a good value and seems to have enough benefits and discounts to make it worth the price.

i purchased a computer and a month later it went down in price by $150. i went in and they refunded me $150 no questions asked. paid for the membership 3x over. totally worth it.
