I purchased a 75 inch OLED TV and a month later had issues with it. As a member I was able to return it and get a more appropriate for my “too well lit room” and replace it with a QLED. That TV that worked better in a bright room. It was an easy process as a result of having the membership.

It was good, I didn't know they added this onto my purchase.

Cortney did and excellent job in assisting us in the purchase of our 2 TV’s. Both installation teams were very efficient and informative. David did a super job of finding a new TV for the cracked screen and still getting the unit installed the same day

I have only used it once and can't tell you how it will be in the long run. Okay so far.

I love this membership specially their price match. I went to buy a $4000 TV and the price of the TV went down to $3000 a month later and I got a refund of $1000. It’s well worth it

I originally didn't want to get this, it has saved me about $225 dollars since I've had it so i would recommend it.

Just made a quick phone call after checking online make sure it was there drove down walked in hassle free picked up the product got a good deal on my Best Buy account no interest. Purchase the DJI insurance for 2 years at a very competitive price. The best drone I've ever had this is a must have probably the best Christmas presents ever

It's great to be a member, in addition to very good discounts, various facilities for exchanges and returns, and not to mention the very good service, with excellence.

The membership is a great addition, because it allows me to return items up to sixty days. It also allows me to see specials and promotions before nonmembers.

I would recommend getting this because it has some nice perks. There are extra savings for members. Longer return window.

Great salesman with vast experience and technical knowledge to answer questions regarding the latest Sony flat screen TV.

Overall is a good experience and worth having. One issue I had involved changing an order from pickup to delivery because it was out of stock. Since it was initially a pickup it couldn’t be changed to delivery even as a plus member.

seems like a good deal for when items go on sale right after you by them and miss out on deals. good peace of mind. havnt used it yet but sounds good for the value.

Not too shabby. Have perks like Best Buy bucks that you can discount a purchase something in your cart during membership week.

I normally don't purchase memberships, but this has paid for it self already. I saved $150 just on one item and $10 on 2others and still have the $50 points.

Definitely one of those just get it because it will come in handy deals. I was buying a completely different item and was asked about the membership. I said yes and have been benefiting from it ever since. From rebates to specials sales, and have been able to get great products from this great store.

Every little bit helps when buying high tech electronics.
