The installer was amazing. So knowledgeable. Our home is older and complicated. He just dealt with everything efficiently and calmly. Of course the dishwasher is excellent, but the installer made such an impression. Five stars to the dishwasher. Six stars to the installer.

The main advantage is extended return and price match policy. I was able to save a lot on my purchase due to membership. If you are regular to Best Buy, membership is very helpful

The last two times I bought something at Best Buy. Appliances and an IPad. Both gentleman were very knowledgeable about everything in their department. Which made it a pleasant experience.

I'm very happy I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership last month when I bought a new laptop. I called today because I saw that the price of my previous purchase was now $100 less. I called Best Buy and the very pleasant young gentleman I talked too took care of processing the purchase price difference to my credit card in a matter of just a few minutes. I really hardly ever use it. My purchases at Best Buy are usually for appliances and I get those in frequently. In general I like Best Buy.

Having the plus started off great, but soon didn’t save any additional money since it was one of the few things bought during the last year.

I was going to spend quite a bit of money in the store and I talked with associate that that Best buy members card I went ahead and added it too while I was buying for the dollar and just to the guys that I bought and paid for himself right there so everything else that I added to it that it took off money back from my pocket it was a pretty good deal and I'm still saving money on it when I get stuff now and then you've been 4 months since I've had to get so if you're going to spend a little money by several things it works out and pays for yourself and then some thank you!

As someone who was hesitant about purchasing a best buy plus membership, I can honestly say that it’s definitely worth it! I was able to make a large purchase with an amazing discount due to the membership. The savings alone from that purchase have allowed the membership to practically pay itself! Another thing I appreciate is that it’s a one time fee for an annual membership as opposed to having to pay month over month. Highly recommend.
