We are thrilled to have purchased the My Best Buy Plus Membership because it gives happiness when we remember our old times at Best Buy. We have purchased televisions, speakers and many other home improvement items at Best Buy. We should consider getting a job at Best Buy because we are there so much. The employees are practically family now. Good times!

Great picture but difficult to watch Netflix, Prime or Paramount + because I have to use the LG or the Directv remote to change the HDMI setting and then the Roku remote to select which one I want to watch. Sometimes only the LG channels will work and I do not like their menu setup for TV. I want to return it but Best Buy wants to charge me an extra fee if I can't physically return it myself.

The manager recommended this. Instead of 14 day return and price guarantee you get 60 days. It cost $29.99 and our 3 window ac have gone on sale. We've gotten $120 back. A+++++

Being able to refund during the 2 months you get IS AWESOME I got a gamimg monitor and i had it for a month and a half and i was still able to refund it for all my moneu back and get a better monitor with no extra hassle
