Good for frequent Best Buy customers

There are frequent memebers only prices at a savings that is big enough to cover the cost of the memeberahip for those that regularly shop at Best Buy. The extended return policy is nice too. I am not sure what level of Geek Squad suppprt is included but intend on finding out soon (having issues with my desktop pc). If you are a frequent shoper at Best Buy then I would reccomend this. If you are an occasional shopper at BB then the value would be somewhat diminished.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Can’t complain because I got it essentially for free, since one of my purchases was $50 off with the membership, so the cost canceled out. The member deals have not impressed me but the extended return and price match period are great. It does suck that Best Buy decided to start charging for that when it was a free loyalty perk before though.

Hearing aide help was needed

That’s actually my fault that I didn’t understand what I was going to get. I did like the help I got in picking out the speaker that I bought.

The person with whom I spoke made the appointment for an after work time and took copious notes on the issue I was having--including that I need my computer for work and could not leave it overnight. When I arrived they said I needed to leave it for several days, though I offered to stay and wait however long was needed--Oh no, I was told, there are so many others before you. I left with no help, having added time to a long workday with no reward. I understand others needing attention and taking my place in line. What I do not understand is being told something can happen if I can wait, arriving and being told that was not possible. That is not a responsible way to treat customers.

The deals are great, the geek. Squad are great, and if you have a issue you can always, come back to best buy and they will not have a problem with handling your issue. I will suggest everyone to get a membership plus at Best Buy. You would not regret it when it comes to your item sells . And deals

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.needed a fridge. saw the one i liked but i wanted a bottom freezer. the same model with the freezer on top was on sale. i was very limited as to the size because it would only fit in the little nook that held the old fridge. looked around a little more an noticed if i had bb plus i would get a discount on that fridge, since the discount was a lot more than the membership, it was a no brainer. got the membership, got the fridge, case closed. you dont always get a discount on what you need but as you can see, by me, the discounts are out there just gotta get lucky,

I had some issues after my TV was expertly set up that impacted my being able to watch the TV. Although the fault was with my provider, the Geek Squad came and fixed it. Because of my membership, not only did I get a prompt response, but I did not incur any further charges.

Definitely bang for your buck

Not only does it take your return window from 30 to days but it also gives you exclusive discounts on items across the store. For instant I bought the Astro A50x headset as well as another elite series controller. With the discounts I received from just those two items them membership has already paid for itself!

I waited less than 5 min to be helped and I am very satisfied with the service. I wish that I could remember who the sales person was because I believe in credit where credit is due, however, it was a few weeks ago and I cannot remember. Previously, I purchased a top of the line LG washer and dryer with pedestals and I was very happy with both the purchase and the entire customer support team at Best Buy Warner Robins..Thanks Team for all your support!

Worth The Money

It is supposed to cover the warranty for my new iphone also. Hopefully I won't have to find out if that is correct. I want to add that the associate that assisted me was excellent. He was very patient and was able to address any questions or concerns I had.
