This was by far my Best Buy purchase. I saved at least 10 times what I paid for the membership within 3 months after purchasing our Washer Dryer and TV. What a great deal this was and I plan to continue my membership as long as the rules don't change. Thanks Best Buy.

It was OK. We didn’t really need it for anything. If you want a little comfort, I’d say go for it, but not completely necessary.

The Mac m4 was amazing ! I was originally going to get m3 but the customer service had a valid point to spend $75 more for a brand new one while it was on sale still !

The cost is not bad for a year membership. It is worth it. The advantage of getting some money back if price of item changes. Able to return things and have more time to do so.

I had the best time with MICHAEL. He was very informative, he didn't rush me and answered every question I had. It is because of him that I have no problem coming back! My husband came with me and MICHAEL was sure to make him informed as well. He was polite and made me feel like we were the only people in the store for the time we were there! Membership is a plus. Support, Geek Squad, Phone Tech Support. If they can't fix it they will replace the item ( depending on warranty ). Easy to schedule repairs. I'm an Apple Person and going to Best Buy in Douglasville is convenient than driving to Lennox or Cumberland Mall. Get the Membership

I purchased a set of 3 gateway eero pro 6 plus internet mesh modules and when the price decreased having the membership Bestbuy matched the lower price. I was so happy with how the membership worked I purchased another 3 units. Great product and a great company.

As our salesperson told us when we bought our TV, we should watch for sales around Super Bowl. I did and called yesterday to claim my difference. Once I had a person on the phone, she was so polite, so quick, and handled everything perfectly. So impressed with our knowledgeable salesperson and the woman who refunded us the sale price difference.

It is nice to have the benefits offered here, but I did hope for more when the opportunity presented itself. I have spent a good share of my budget over the last year updating my life; I hope that they will continue to support the investment I have made in them!
