    Always been happy with any service we've received from Best Buy. Our experience this time was no exception and everything worked out in a timely manner and completed as planned. The Geek Squad third party services were excelent and couldn't have set it up better. Everyone did their job and was very courtious and clean. Made sure we were happy with and agreed to what was done or said. Very happy with our new built in 27" KitchenAid overn with convection and Air Fry. Never had Air Fry before do to space so this will be great once I learn the in and outs.

    Membership got me free delivery on a new TV and added peace of mind for any tech issues with said TV. However-- for an annual membership price I would expect a year of membership. When I called in to cancel it so it wouldn't renew 10 months from now (once I've forgotten it), I was told the membership (and related perks) would be canceled immediately. I had the membership fee waived as part of some campaign, so it's no skin off my back, but if I had paid the sticker price I would be much more annoyed. Cancellation process needs improvement. Not sure I'll purchase again. 4 stars

    I’m genuinely impressed with how much value the Best Buy membership offers! The exclusive discounts alone make it worth it, but the added perks—like extended return windows, special financing options, and free shipping—take it to another level. I’ve saved money on several purchases already, and the member-only deals pop up often enough to feel exciting. It’s one of those memberships that actually pays for itself. Highly recommend!

    I’ve used this membership every time I go to Best Buy and honestly Best Buy has some of the best help and tech support. I love the added benefits that come with the membership.

    I was looking for a TV for my mother for her 64th birthday because she's home bound due to illness & age. She loves this TV it shows a beautiful quality picture. This wasn't the one I went in the Best Buy deal to buy but with the help of the sales guy I walked out a happy customer. And my mother enjoys it everyday.

    I decided to sign up for the My Best Buy Plus™ membership, and it’s been totally worth it so far. I recently had to return a gaming laptop, and the whole process was super easy and stress-free thanks to the added flexibility and extended return window. I also really appreciate the free shipping and exclusive deals, which make shopping for tech a lot more convenient. Overall, the membership gives me peace of mind and a few nice perks that make buying (and sometimes returning) big purchases feel a lot smoother.

    I think the membership can be a really great product for those who shop consistently at best buy, for me i’m a once in a blue moon shopper so it’s not worth it but still has its perks.

    Best Buy is definitely my go to for electronics for many reasons! I like to try before I buy. They are fantastic at having things on display so you can see how new products work. They have a knowledgeable staff that is always friendly and happy to answer questions. They also have a fantastic return policy. My only complaint is that I typically leave with more than I went in for!! However I run a small buisness so that usually equates to better productivity!

    Great deal! They give you $10 in coupons a month! Sometimes a bonus $5, basically free! Extended returns and acess to sales early. What a bargan, definitely worth it if youre also a photographer and need the paper and ink to print photos!

    I haven't had the opportunity to really see the benefits of the membership come through, but I feel that the plus is worth it for the 60 day return window alone! It definitely helps add some peace of mind, especially for the holidays.

    I've never been unhappy with purchases from Best Buy (and there have been a lot of them over the years). Staff is knowledgeable about their products from cell phones to appliances. Their follow-up membership plans are excellent and extend the customer support. The most perks are with their "total" plan, but we are very happy with the more affordable Plus plan.

    I never buy these things, but it was half price at $25 and gave me a 60 day return window instead of 2 weeks. I was not sure if I would like my purchase so I erred on the side of caution. Mostly satisfied, but jury is still out.

    Membership happened within a sale, and from beginning to end the process is relevant to our needs as consumers. 60 day price guarantee. In addition to the overall membership rating...Before Delivery, setup, and questions answered from the crew, what BestBuy did for me was help me simply change my selection over the phone when I chose a different w/d unit for our house. It took less than 10 minutes and it was all over the phone. Later after the sale I went and purchased the 5 year warranty directly at the stores check out which took less than 3 minutes.

    Good Afternoon, I’m reaching out in hopes of a resolution. I went into Best Buy here in Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 store #509. I went to make a transaction for an item that was above a tag priced at $129.99. The product was Beats Pro 2. When the cashier completed the transaction she said the item was $249.99. I immediately questioned the PRICE. I spoke w/ a manager he gave me an unexpected explanation regarding the price. As a consumer & a Best Buy cardholder who’ve made big purchases and currently have a ZERO balance w/ Best Buy. It’s NOT my problem that the tag should have been REMOVED. I selected that product based off the tag. I feel it should have been an Employee training moment and me as the consumer with a EXCELLENT payment HISTORY, should have been HONORED that displayed tag price for the $129.99. I’ve went through ALL the proper chains of command. And the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. If someone with decision making abilities can respond to this email w/ a resolution I would appreciate that in a timely manner. See attached photo of item & price displayed. I’m almost 100% certain that the tag is no longer DISPLAYED and was REMOVED soon as I departed the store. Please again RESPOND in a timely manner. Thank you in advance regarding this issue.

    We have made good use of our Best Buy Plus membership on several occasions and found it to be well worth the membership fees. It is a great way to support one's technology purchases, knowing that one's purchases nets double the value each time, in terms of product . It's a smart choice.
