My advice for any company running a business that has poor customer service, would be to come visit my Best Buy store in Owasso and see what great customer service is really like. My membership is icing on the cake as far as I’m concerned.

needed a fridge. saw the one i liked but i wanted a bottom freezer. the same model with the freezer on top was on sale. i was very limited as to the size because it would only fit in the little nook that held the old fridge. looked around a little more an noticed if i had bb plus i would get a discount on that fridge, since the discount was a lot more than the membership, it was a no brainer. got the membership, got the fridge, case closed. you dont always get a discount on what you need but as you can see, by me, the discounts are out there just gotta get lucky,

Great service, and really nice people in tbe store

Good to avoid unnecessary fees, and in case you need to make a new decision. I like that I only have to pay one fee to get the majority of my money back in case I made the wrong choice for a product that just isn’t working for me or isn’t right for me at the moment. That’s why I got it because I wanted to test out my new camera. I found that there’s a different camera that works for my needs and now I have the comfort and knowing that I’ve done enough testing to realize I could just return this one without hassle without unnecessary stocking fees.
