I'm really happy with my Best Buy Plus membership! The perks are fantastic—free shipping on most items, exclusive deals, and early access to sales make shopping so much easier. I had trouble setting up my new iMac Mini so I packed everything up and went back to Best Buy. A very courteous and understanding young woman had it up and working in about 20 minutes. I followed her guidelines when I got home, and everything is working fine now.

I would like to thank the Verizon Rep for noticing I was paying on 2 Membership plans. And for the guy who helped me with merging my 2 accounts and putting in a ticket for it to be looked at with my sons PS purchase in October of why the person checking me out didn't notice this and sold me another plan.

Diego was very nice and attentive, extremely knowledgeable and explained all the products and services, he definitely knows the layout of the store as I needed to see a few things to buy. It was partially great. However, when i needed my computer to be looked at, they told it wasn't covered. So technically, i didn't needed it but was available just in case

Added the BBPlus membership when I bought TCL 75" TV as it gives 60 day price match. Was not buying at a good time for great sales and this would get me through Black Friday sales. Over month later the TV was on sale at Best Buy for $300 less than I originally paid. Called and got the price match. In a few days the $300 plus tax was refunded to the credit card I used. Well worth the membership.
