I'm glad I bought this membership I saved money the day I got it.

Well - this is a little difficult to review at this time, because have not really used it yet (reason for 4 stars). Purchased because of package deal at time of purchase of new Samsung TV and therefore giving it a trial run for 1 year and will see how it goes and will then decide whether or not to renew annually.

I was interested in purchasing a laptop to replace the previous laptop that I purchased from Best Buy. Both experiences were exceptional. In these days when people do not have a clue how to treat a customer, Best Buy did a wonderful job. They acknowledged me as a customer, asked if I need help and allowed me time to make a decision.

I’ve been a My Best Buy Plus member for over a year and a half, and I have to say—it’s absolutely worth it. The benefits go far beyond just standard rewards. One of my favorite features is the exclusive member pricing. I’ve already saved a good amount on tech purchases I was planning to make anyway. The free 2-day shipping with no minimum is incredibly convenient. Plus, having early access to deals and events gives me the option grab high-demand items before they sell out. Another huge bonus is the extended return window—it gives me peace of mind when I’m buying gifts or trying out new gadgets. Customer service also seems a bit more responsive since I joined, which is a nice touch. If you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year, the Plus membership pays for itself quickly. wow! a no brainer as phones always need help ,plus to know you can add your home computer on this policy a no brainer. and Cameda let me know my apple laptop is also covered, Cam explained how we will return this laptop to add it on the correct purchase date.PS will not go to see geeks inless its Cam..

This membership is well-worth it. It comes with a lot of perks, discounts, and first-class service to members.

Items purchased were perfect. The communication between the store and the delivery company is poor. Luckily the delivery company was able to work with us to make the delivery and install happen.

Great membership honestly. I bought my membership for my computer. Just updated all the drivers took out the foam from inside, ensured all cables were plugged up correctly and ran better than expected. Now if anything were to happen for the next year Ill feel good about taking it back. I would 100% recommend this purchase to anyone.

I like the long battery life an short charge time on my new one.

I returned and asked for a second open box replacement but the clerk got me a new one instead. I asked for lens protector the clerk asked would you like us to put it on for you. Not thinking I was going to get charged I said okay. I could have easily done it myself. This is a day before my one month travels.

This membership is a real value. Member prices us unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, Tove the peace of mind of aettina protection plans on our purchases.

So far so good. I purchased a PC & Monitor and the savings was greater than the membership. I guess the idea is to keep me buying my computers at Best Buy every year, but if the service stays good - I'm happy to comply. Stay competitive, guys. (and try to upsell me on that pizza oven next time. I was really close to buying it anyway :-0 )
