The rep was very kind helped us immediately especially during the black Friday weekend. We were in and out. Told him our dimensions and brands. Dimensions were perfect the cubic feet was smaller but worked out better since we are now less in the household. We are very happy of our Whirlpool selection. Love the water display in oz. If you shop at Bestbuy a lot, this membership is very worth it. It offers member specific prices on a lot of products. The best part is the extended return policy which is always a plus.

I got a upfront discount on this membership that saves me approximately 300. I have not used it for anything else will consider continuing it of it really worth it

Well what can I say about having the opportunity to save a few bucks in todays economy! The membership works great and saves you EXTRA money on something that you might not have brought IF the added discount from the membership wasnt added on ! The plus for me is the 60 day return instead of only 15 days! It would be even better if they applied maybe a 10-15 % discount towards buying an open box item or adding a percentage towards the extended warranty ......

I love the 69 day return window for products and access to member only deals

The membership is an excellent source to have. I recommend purshing it. Especially if you order from Best Buy often and seeing deals and able to get prices dropped before 60 days.

I feel like prior to the current memberships, the old program gave you nearly the same benefits for free just from your spending. Regardless it’s similar to Amazon prime and also cheaper but also less of a selection. So I believe it’s a decent deal for sure but I think it could use more and better benefits considering the prior setup they had.

In the past, Samsung had good sound and picture and was the cheapest at Best Buy. Now, like everyone else, it is overly digital sounding (harsh and not real...I call it scratchy-sounding). I wanted a simple TV like the last two Samsung's I got about 5 years ago (funny, both went out on the same weekend) but now there is way too much complication from pushing of products/services

I would like to thank the Verizon Rep for noticing I was paying on 2 Membership plans. And for the guy who helped me with merging my 2 accounts and putting in a ticket for it to be looked at with my sons PS purchase in October of why the person checking me out didn't notice this and sold me another plan.

I was hesitant at first, but it has already illustrated the value by coming up big for the price match and warranty plan. Not to mention, the daily deals cam be amazing!

I signed up for Plus as part of a promotion, so the cost and the reward basically cancelled each other out. Based on my spending habits, I only saved about $22 dollars that year with the membership. When it came time for renewal, I didn't really see the value, but I did opt to upgrade to the Total tier which gives you 2 years of geek squad coverage per product. Since i was buying a new laptop at the time, that felt like a much better fit for my needs. My biggest complaint is there's not an easy way to upgrade or downgrade yet. You have to cancel the existing membership and buy the one you want.
