Disappointed with picture quality on direct tv. Picture is dark with all checked high brightness. My other Samsung tv (10 years old) however gives a stunning video. The tvs have different digital boxes supplying feed.

I am never disappointed by products I get from Best Buy. Their description service offers so many benefits and their product protection plans are amazing.

Having a plus membership has been valuable in purchasing several products— headphones, a Starlink kit and discounts on many other potential purchases. I felt like I got priority service when buying a Starlink and my return. I got the membership so I would get an extended return period and it was well worth it!

It is a good purchase, and it saved me money. I would recommend this.

This membership really helped me out. I purchased a TV on sale and two days after my return window had closed a better TV went on sale for $50 more than the sale price I got. By purchasing a plus membership I was able to get an extended return window and exchange the TV. Plus this membership gets you special member prices on select products.

I took out the annual membership primarily for getting a heads up on future purchases. It also came with a no restocking fee policy, on return items. The receiver that I purchased was in fact returned because it wouldn't fit in the only space allowed for it. No problems on the return. The next planned purchase will be a larger smart tv for the rec room.

As expected. Happy with the purchase. Would recommend. 60 day return period is very helpful incase of defects

It was ok for what I used it for. I wish I could have used it more but it was rare when the items I wanted would go on sale. I did save some and it paid itself off so it wasn’t bad.

If you shop at bestbuy as often as I do (at least 2-4 times a month) this is a must have. Not only are you getting discounts but you also get perks for returns and warranties! The membership basically pays for itself!

I originally thought this was great but when I had to return an item that was on sale due to buying the wrong one I had to pay $30 extra for a product that was cheaper than the one I bought. I was pretty frustrated as you would think there would be a better system in place, especially if the inferior producer cost less than my product on sale. Unfortunately when I went back they were marked up the same. The Best Buy team and supervisor did not want to honor it. I had spent over 5k at that store a couple of months ago. After that my spending changed

I am always treated well at Best Buy. They get what I need and do it quickly. Geek squad is great too. The membership is great to I am happy I got it. It has helped me save money several times.

I honestly am not certain what to write, as I was encouraged to get the membership by the salesman who I purchased my refrigerator from, and I haven’t taken advantage of it at all.
