I’ve said this so many times but it bears repeating. Best Buy must have the best training program For new employees. Customer service is always excellent here. I’ve been buying a lot of computers and TVs and very expensive cameras and lenses through Best Buy for a long, long time, every sales person and everyone in geek squad has gone above and beyond.

I dont remember his name, but he was amazing! A black young man, who sounded Jamaican, from Georgia here qorking on his degree. He wS also fluent in speaking Spanish and I thourghly enjoyes our conversations. This eas at the Newport News, VA store on Jefferson .. pretty much across from Patrick Henry Mall. They succeeded in setting up three televisions and getting them programmed. Explained how to use remotes, record events etc. We could have never gotten things set up and working without their help.

Have not had any problems at this time everything went well the representative that I talked to was very nice and was very knowledgeable about their products I was very aware of the product the representative spoke with good about what he knows about different types of products to you was selling at the time I balked a monitor that was very good for me I needed one that was sensitive to do my eyes. I was very appreciated having that concern answer. Everything else is going whale I will keep foreign buying other products in the feature.
